You saved over $6000.00 on a payday loan?

All do respect a believe a payday loan is a small loan maxed it at $255.00 (from what I've seen at some places). If you saved over $6000.00 on a payday loan, my question would be.......If you make that much money, why in the world do you need a payday loan for?

And by "pay your bills" you mean "post as a shill on websites."  Clearly.

Forgot to mention that they also called it a "payday loan" when they called- which I've never, ever gotten.  Seriously, this is just evil, what they're trying to do to people.

Totally harassing phone calls- the call initially comes through as blocked and they give you this number and a case number, and when you call they have a whole thing about a summons, a debt, and in my case they actually some personal info on me too, which is creepy.  Thing is, I owe no money to anyone, I'm sure of this, and I have never committed any kind of crime or been arrested.  They are simply preying on naivete and want to scare people into some type of scam, figuring these days most people have debt they're trying to ignore.  Anyway, the above entry about "Goldman and Associates" is pretty obviously a fake entry, likely in response to the fact that I yelled at the guy, saying I found that this was a scam on the internet (they've called before).  I mean, if you had a pleasant interaction with this phone number and paid off a real debt, why would you google the number to write a random positive review on a phone number?  I have no doubt they'll just find a new number and continue taking advantage of innocent people.  I'm simply blocking the number, as well as all blocked numbers.

I got a call from this gentleman and I called in found out it was a debt that I owed on, yes they are with a Goldman and Associates. They do work for an attorney located in Nevada. So if you owe a debt and they call you, call them and handle it. I saved over $6,000.00 on a payday loan. You all can do what you like to, but I pay my bills.

A person called from a blocked number and asked to call this number and they gave me some type of case number and told me good luck.

Caller left message that they are calling to "reschedule your notice to appear" and that if they do not receive a call back within 24 hours they will "consider your address and employment verified and will proceed accordingly". Caller ID showed "restricted" but he left an "in house case number" and this phone number to call back.

I am guessing this is a debt collector but it is an attempt to mask collection as legal action. It is borderline illegal and i will not fall for their silliness.

I got a call from another 909 area code number last week saying they were trying to "Serve Papers to Appear in a criminal matter" - scared the willies out of me - I was like, what???? It was BOGUS - now I am getting another 909 area call? This msg said something similar, that they were looking for me - but I have never even had a credit card to HAVE bills with someone. I heard there a lot of scams coming out of this area code from a friend of mine who is a TX Highway Patrol Officer.
