scammers. when will the government shut this scum of the earth down?

Got the same message today.  We do owe back taxes.  How did they know that?

Today I got a called from this number 909 259 5649. I never got a call from that number and all my credit cards are paid in full. So I don't know how they got my information.

thank you for info. Ever since a payday loan almost 3 years ago, my info was hacked, stolen , sold, whatever... I get so many calls it's pathetic. I like the whistle idea :-)

Where can I get one of those whistles?

I received a call from 909-259-5649, should not have answered, but I am looking for a job. These people said they were trying to help people with Tax Dedit Problem, and that Obama had given them some kind of help to reduce the amount of Taxes you have to pay back or not pay back anything at all, and that they would help with that process! .....LOL.....I do not believe any of it, I would receive a letter in the mail from the Government, before a SCAM phone call!!!

It came up as Paloma Area on my cell.

They must've changed up the scam. . . the message on my cell offered help lowering IRS debt which I do not have.  Delete!!!

Received 2 calls from 909-259-5649 and did not answer. Recorded message stated that they can lower interest on back IRS taxes. When I do not see a name or company on my phone, I do not answer. After reading the various comments posted, I agree that this definitely a scam.

I received a call from this number, but it had nothing to do with credit card debt. It was about reducing the amount of back taxes owed. Since I don't owe back taxes, I know it was a scam.

Correction: There was a voicemail left, most likely the same one as "Fed Up" had.... IRS back debt, stopping garnishments, etc, etc.

Received a call on my cell phone at 7:27pm today. I didn't answer and they/it left no voicemail.

Received a call today from 909-259-5649 about allowing them to help me with IRS back debt, stopping garnishments, etc.  I guess when I did not answer the 1-888 numbers last week they moved on to this.   And no, I do not owe any back taxes.  

Why did I bother to register all of my phones on the do not call list??

I just got a call from this number. I did not answer as I never answer any number I do not recognize. I did however receive a voicemail message but it was the recording. My phone apparently went to voicemail during the recording. I just added it to my DO NOT ANSWER contact in my phone.

We just got a call from (909) 259-5649, and they want to help me lower or eliminate my back taxes under a program that President Obama created!   What a deal...wait, I don't owe any back taxes.  The called ID showed it was from "LOWER INTEREST".  Hmmm.  Nothing but crooks, would love to see them all arrested and shipped to a remote island with no conveniences.

I also got a call around 10pm last night.  The message talked about my tax debt...um, no tax debt here.  I will continue to no answer when they call.

This number called my cell phone at 10:16PM!  Really?  So sick of scams.

This Number called me claiming that I owe back taxes I hung up when the recording said to tell them how much I owed in back taxes. And I'm thinking if this is real wouldn't they know how much I owe? Scam!!!!

f****ng slime called me with an automated message that they could lower my non-existent tax debt, press 1 to talk to an agent. Pressing 1 said 'leave us your name and number and amount of your debt and we will call you back' so I left a message telling them to go f*** themselves.

It's a scam.  It's not the IRS or anyone legitimate.

I juste received 2 calls today from this number.  An automated message from the "tax negotiation center"?  Why are they calling me?  Do I owe the IRS?

This is a telemarketing recording soliciting IRS Tax renegotiation B.B.

I got same call and message from this scam everyday using different phone number

LOL, just got the call from the "Creditcard Scam" version.  We laughed, my talked caller ID said it out loud and my husband commented that it was nice of them to tell us!

My caller ID said Creditcard Scam too.  I guess the person who set up this number was too stoooopid to realize that it comes up on caller ID. We never answer ANY caller ID number we don't recognize. ROFL. We are on the do not call list. Therefore we do not answer.

Called ID: Lower Interest. Rang twice. I answered ready for a fight. Dial tone.
