I received a phone call stating that I could get legal representation if I took a drug like Paxil or Effexor during pregancy and claimed that my child got birth defects.

Calling my cell phone after putting in on a Do NOT CALL LIST over 30 days ago, They call at least once or twice a week, They leave a message if i do not answer, Plus Verizon is charging me everytime they call me for a long distance call thats at least 2-4 dollars everytime they call

They called me and left a recorded message. It was a legal firm trying to contact anyone who has taken the drug, Actos. Even attorneys are resorting to telemarketing these days!

Just received phone call. I ignored it because I did not recognize the number and they left no message. I should not be getting any phone calls from telemarketers. I updated my cell with the "Do Not Call List". But if they cannot leave a message, then that is there problem... not mine.

No message. Searched "LEGL JUST WCA" and was lead to a site claiming this is NCO Financial, a debt collector. They evidently constantly change their numbers and use a phony ID (LEGL JUST WCA) to call. Must be looking for someone who had this number (a new number for us).
