Its ARS National. Since most ppl dont answer 1800 numbers, they are using local numbers to get you to answer your phone. They called me on a Saturday morning at 8am. The agents for ARS havent been rude at all, they are just trying to collect the debt.

Got three calls from this number(909-297-5357) two were right in a row. When I go to call them back, it is a busy signal. Really annoying, I agree.

Received a call from this number answered it and noone was there. It was silent for about 13 seconds. Then it just disconnected. I tried calling it back but, it was busy. I kept trying calling it back and still busy.
