Received harassing calls at in laws and on my cell phone. he had my name address phone etc. said I I owed on a card from five years ago. I asked him for a copy of my statement letter. He emailed me something signd ed bobby roberts, director of operations, with his phone number. He could not provide activity report on this credit card. Said I was being sued.

I received the same thing 3 weeks ago from this so called "bobby roberts " from HSBC saying that I have a subpoena stating I need to pay him $2000 by the end of this month. This guy called my parents house as well telling them that if I dont respond by calling him within 5 mins that he ( Bobby Roberts) will go ahead and file my papers to the court without my consent so I will be charged $8000 instead of $2000.
At first when Mr. Roberts was talking to me on the phone,the conversation seemed legit because he knew my address,phone number and last digits of my SS#. But my gut feeling was giving me signs of deceit with the call because he mentioned that I needed to payvia credit or debit card right away to prevent HSBC from suing me and he needed that payment over the phone now. Then he tells me to call him back the next day to give him information on how an I going to come up with that amount of money! After hanging up with him, I researched his name and number and found out so much information about this "Bobby Roberts"--SCAM!!
Bogus number he provided and docket ID CA..
I followed the instructions on some of the people that also got scammed and manipulated by this guy and made a report to FCC.
There's more you can research online and bottomline everything leads up to it being a SCAM and everybody he's been contacting are all reporting it to FCC.

They called my daughter so I called back.This "bobby Roberts" said I cud use a prepaid debit card.they had a combo of my parents address with my current apt number? Wtf? Im not giving out my credit card number!! Do they think I was born yesterday!! Contacting HSBC tomorrow directly!!
