just got the same call there has been 4 ppl who have called me but Kevin Jones just called they are scammers

Also, has a very heavy indian accent.  I had a hard time understanding him.

I got a phone call this morning from this number. However when he calls you cant answer it just dead silence.  He left a voicemail saying that his name was Kevin Johnson and that I needed to call him back in regards to a complaint filed against my social security number.  Stated that if me or my attorney did not return his phone call today that all he could do was wish me good luck.

Hi frnds i know that this all are indians and r working fro their so called company they get ur details from a merchant and all these is a scam so dont pay them think us a fool and they r no john morrison or jennifer sords ok

i had a good peice of advice from an officer working my case he said what i should do is to call him repeatedly and harrass him just as he did us if we all did that then that is a way to turn the tables on someone who harasses us and tries to take advantage of us and i am a very vindictive person so i call him and 2 and 3 in the morning if we did this we may just get another idiot to knock it off

I have just received about 7 calls back to back to back on my cell# and work#. The guy said his name was "Ricky James" but could not speak ANY english. He asked me for my social security # and my attorney info. He said there were charges against me and that I was to give him this info right then. I informed him that if it was a legal matter that he could send me the info by mail because I was not giving him any info over the phone. He started arguing and I told him to stop calling me.... He then called again and again. My coworker answered the phone and started asking for case#, ref#, info about the office. He spelled her name Jennifer "Sworts". He stated that no info could be given out and there was no case#. That is when I googled her name and found all this info out. I called back stating I was an attorney and that all info needed to be sent to me and I would transfer to our jurisdiction and they hung up on me. I then called the # back and asked for Ricky James and the guy (broken english) stated he had left to the court house to file papers. I told him yeah right I googled ya'll and you do not exist. You are a scam and I have turned all your info over to the police and my attorney. He said f&@k you and hung up on me!!!!!

I recieved the same thing and he said he was going to send a cop to my place of work as well so if he calls back Im just going to tell him Im going to contact the colton police department and I have his address as well.

I recently started getting the calls from the number and hearing the exact same thing you guys here i do know he is calling from a landline from san bernidino california around the colton area but im almost sure i can get the name i have friends at the local sherrifs dept where im at and im good friends with the police captain and this guy will be caught because they never stay hidden long

Well I thought it had stopped-then Hajie called again today-this time I listened to him-he explained he had my ss#, dl #, BA #, address etc.-I let him talk-then he asked for a credit card or jail time ! And that the police would come and get me-I explained since most people know me around here and I hav enothing to hide -that if the police came and served a suppena I would take do course action-"In the meantime you())&(&) HINDU MF" don't call again-and I told him (which I am) a veteran of 2 wars-and he dare show up it would be a 3rd-then I just cursing not letting him speak till he hung up

Worst part was 2 friends were over and heard him start on my AM leaving details of what he knew, my personal info--then hearing me curse himout

Folks I have been thru 2 dicorces no matter where you are an officer of the law serves you papers for a lawsuit to a divorce they do not call and threaten you !

But we all wish it would stop

I received a call 7:30 a.m. this morning, eastern time, from this Indian man with a very deep accent.  I received the same fraudulent information.  He said he was representing the Law Offices of Jennivery Schwartz.  I googled and contacted a law office in California (since he said I had to go to the courts in California, with no paperwork)  and she had received many calls about this person.

She asked that I email her my email address and that she would give me information if she filed a deforation of character against this person.  There are so many people with complaints on the internet by this same person and phone number.  It's really unbeleiveable that he has not been caught yet.

I got a call from this indian man this morning 7:30 a.m. eastern time, asking for my attorney's name about a payday loan that I did not receive.  It was hilarious.  I kept calling him back and harrassing him.  He threatened to send a summons to my job.  He was a real jerk.  Knows nothing about American business ethics.  

I contacted the attorney in California who's name he is using, the law offices of Jennifer Schwartz.  They are a small office and have received many calls about this person.  I was asked to send them an email so that they can email me when they file suit against this person for deformation of character.

Until they locate him, I say, send him tons of texts and voice messages until it crashes his phone.

I also recieved this call, and was charged 30 to my bank account three weeks prior, something needs to be done about this. Indian f***, probably scamming money for terrorism.

Same thing happened with me.  Got belligerent with me, so I asked to speak with a supervisor.  Was told they weren't available to talk, so I got belligerent back and screamed "I don't give a "f" if your supervisor is on the toliet... I want to talk to them right "fng" now.  Take them the damn phone now"  Was told not to be so rude and hung up on me.  When I tried calling back, I get a recorded greeting saying "Welcome" then it disconnects.  Check your bank statements, appears they got my info somehow and pulled $30 out as a payment protection fee.  Complaint headed to the FTC =)

I actually work for attorneys, and I just received the same type of call at both my workplace and cell phone.  When I told the man (I won't say gentleman) I worked for attorneys and he was in violaton of credit collection laws by calling my workplace, he raised his voice and started speaking very rapidly.  I didn't hear half of what he said because I had already hung up.  I believe I will report this to my state's attorney general's office.  The phone number can be traced (I kept it).  They might also be calling people who have recently made any on-line applications for loans.  The application pages may have "secure" and the small locks or keys at the bottom, but many companies who present themselves as legit on-line are actually predatory scammers.

These people never quit. They called me while I was in the middle of filing BK and I referred them to my BK attorney. That was a year ago and they are still calling today! How do I get them to stop? advice anyone?

I recieved a call from this number 9095030686 ,first on my cell phone then on my work number .
They told me at my job that they had a urgent legal matter and asked did I have a lawyer and something about my ssn then called back again on my cell phone . These people lie to get what they want they try to intimidate you into giving them your information it needs to be stopped , I have told them to stop calling but they will keep calling even though thier phone number is posted all over the internnet as a scam..............Also this man could not speak english well at all. I could barely understand him..

Ok so they check these messages...because my friend just called them and Kevin Johnson said "I see where Dawn said she was having her friend call pretending to be a lawyer" in that lovely middle eastern accent!!!  I wish there was something we could do.  Oh if you guys are reading this one "SCREW YOU" I'M NOT SOME DUMB A** WHO WILL GIVE YOU MONEY BECAUSE YOU THREATEN HER!! YOU GOT ANOTHER THING COMING!!!

I received a call at work from these people..and yes for the Jennifer law firm. Only when I spelled out Schwartz to him..he said Sword...so I turned the tables..and I'm getting a colleague of mine to pretend she is my lawyer....can't wait for them to answer!!!!!

This same exact number called me stating that I owed on a payday loan, that i've never had in my life and they were threatening me and said the cops would be at my work monday to discuss the matter wiht me.

I just got this call from the same guy everyone has. I have a friend who works in the FBI. I will call him later today and ask him to look into it for me. If that doesnt work i dont know what will.

got a call from the same number and it was some dude who barely spoke english but is name was geaorge or something. I called back and told the guy who answered, also a heavy accent, and told him not to call me again and that I do have a lawyer and he would be calling them next. He said "OK f*@k you" and hung up on me. LOL

I got a phone call from Kevin Johnson today. He said I owed $495.00 and that I was going to be arrested today at 5pm or on Monday at 11am. After I agreed to pay the amount (I know, i know) he asked me to go by a prepaid visa card at walmart or walgreens, not to activate it and then to call him from the store. Thankfully I googled the phone number, checked the address with information and called a bailbondsman to see if i had any warrants. I can't believe they scared the hell out of me and I can't believe we were about to pay them. OMG I had never been so scared.

Oh yeah and it was a message that he left on my phone.

Same here, an indian guy just called saying get an attorney for something. Hah, what an idiot. Says his name was Jack something. Couldn't make out the rest.
