I have recieved mulitiple calls from this number, where I do not understand but about every fifth word he is saying. He has repeatedly threatened me saying they were going to come "pick me up"  at either my home or my place of work. Not totally sure what to do, since I dont understand what he is calling for in the first place. Help?

this is a scam ignore it they have stolen info from a payday loan company. they are just trying to get any kind of money out of you that they can. cuse at them i beat they will cuse back at you. you can always get all the info and turn it into your local fbi branch they will look into the info just be very descripitive when you do this. i have had this person call me from another number before. please dont fall for this bu***hit

just got a call from this number and could not understand half of what he was saying. will call him back and let him know i work for HLS. SCAMMER!

You need to report this to the FBI complaint database and  your local district attorney.  The FBI database is http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx.  They will contact you and try to help!  These people are fraudulant and aren't even in the US.  They just get US phone numbers to make you think they are!

Just happened to me. It scared me at first although I had no idea what he was saying or talking about. He wasnt professonal and spoke very bad english with a middle eastern accent. Luckily I typed this number in google and received these results before calling back, but my body alarm did go off. He mentioned my parents name as well but I am not calling back nor answering the phone, however, if it continues I will take legal action.

I just received a phone call from this ACS Law Firm and a woman claiming to be a Stacy Wilson.
She said that I would be confronted by police officers who would be visiting my job and home tomorrow morning to serve me with papers for fraud and take me for an arraignment  for federal check fraud! She stated that she had 17 cases of Pay Day Cash Advance Loans against me and that unless i paid them now and took care of them i would be arrested and charged a minimum of 8000.
I asked for her information and number and address. She would only give me the city and state of Cambell City, CA and a phone number of 909-539-4073.
I looked up the number and law firm and saw a bunch of posts stating SCAM. I called a family member who is with law enforcement and a branch of the government services and asked for his help in contacting these people.  When he called and the person answered, once he identified himself and his occupation they hung up the phone and are no longer answering.
This scared the hell out of me as they have my address and some personal information but no matter what DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. Evidentally, this is what they want from you.  Good luck to whomever has the misfortune of getting a phone call from people like this.  I hope this information helps.

i got the same message with a man with an indian accent using the same name.  It is a con cause he has called before using another name....they are just trying to trick people out of money. Even after telling him off and saying I knew who they were they later said "oh   I wanna f*** you"....a law office does not speak like that.   Next time they call just tell them u know who they are and see what their response is.

I got a call from the guy and his name was Jeffery Stewart... He wanted $758 from me... I will admit, I was scared for a second so I called my dad and he explained everything to me... I am fighting back.  Every website where I can make a complaint about this, I am!!! And he was a bully at that... UGH!!!!

I don't know who this person is.  He said his name was Mike Lee. He said I needed to call him today or I would find my kids in the goat house. (We do have a goat house???)  I reported them to the FTC.   Anyone who gets a call from this number should REPORT THEM TO THE FTC ASAP!!!!!!  They do not need to threaten me or my children.  They are sick and need to be stopped!!!!

I recieved the same call and was very scared. I automatically called a close friend which is an FBI Agent and he told me not to worry it was a scam!

Shaking my head at you Mr. Jones, what a joke!!! Anyone with common sense would know that you cannot be arrested for not paying back a debt, look it up on the Federal Trade Commission's website.  If there is a lawsuit against you, you will be served by the courts (not get arrested)!!  The only way a judge will issue a warrant for your arrest is if you fail to comply with the judgement against you.  I am not an attorney but with technology the way that it is these days, I have researched my legal rights and responsibilities.  Now if you really don't believe me, go to your local Legal Aid office, they will tell you the same.  That 909 number is a California number but the telephone provider is in the business of providing California phone numbers for companies in other states.  That 909 number is provided by a company called 01 Communications, Inc, check-out their website.  If the FTC gets enough complaints from consumers about these people contacting us, they will have to investigate.  By the way Mr. Jones, how did you know you were in the company of a REAL police officer and that was really Kevin Foster? And think about it, why would a debt collector accompany police officers to someone's home or place of business to collect a debt..... come on!!!

Yes i have gotten the same phone call asking for 500 dollars and i've been call at work also. Threading me that they are going to send the police to my house and notify my job. and her name was also lisa and jeremy but i didn;t get there last name

i got the same thing they called my job and left a voicemail on the airlines voicemail saying shes a lawyer and i need to call her asap threating if i dont call her shell take me to court her name was lisa iran ..so today i called back that number and a man with a heavy accent anwserd so i askd him what company is this and whats the address he said in a irate voice why do u wanna know

I got a call at my place of work from this number threathing$998 .00 talking about from an online creditor and this guy name Justin Floyd stated that if i don't pay this amount they will send the police at me within ten mins. and the only way i can pay this is with a credit card. SCAMMERS!!!!!B E AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE..If i didn't have my co workers with me i probably would have tried to make a way to pay these scam artist.Thank you guys you are the best..

no kevin foster help me in this legal mater,,,he is not  a scam,,,when i paid my dept back then i got all the paper work in my handey on my mailing adderes,,,,he is realy helpfull,,,i dont know why people say that they  are scam,,,,,,,,?when i also refused to pay then whitin 4hrs the officer came down to my place and i saw kevin foster also but then also he help me,,,,realy he is very helpfull.,.,.,,i just pay my dept back to them and nw iam free from every thing.,,,god help him././//.

Ike, save the messages and go to your local police department.  911 will only respond if someone is physically there, in person, trying to harm you and your family.  Do not answer calls from unknow numbers, let them roll over to vocie mail.  Also file a complaint with FTC, there are guideline debt collectors have to follow, and it's against the law for a debt collector to threaten consumers.

I have been receiving messages from this number for a week.  I knew right away that the person leaving the messages, Frank Scott, was running a scam.  Yes "Frank" has a very heavy accent and when I blocked my number and called back I could not get any company information unless I unblocked my phone and called back.  I consulted with an attorney who advised me to immediately report it to the police and file a complaint with the FTC.  I saved all the messages and I am going to my local police department to file a report.

I received a phone call today on my job from this number...the message stated for me to contact Mr. Kevin Foster from a Law Firm.  When I contacted them, they transferred me to a female by the name of Stacy Wilson. She then proceeds to tell me that I had taken out a pay day loan and have failed to repay it back. She was able to state my personal information and a reference. She threatened that this was a federal investigation and that as of Monday, someone would be coming up to my place of employment to serve me some papers for my arrest and they would be notifying my employer about this. She even went as far as giving me a case file number. When I questioned her about the exact date this so call money was supposed to have been deposited into my account she could not tell me. She had a very heavy accent. There was also a lot of noise in the background of various voices; it sounded like a telemarketing office. Please, do not fall for any of the threats!!! It is definitely a SCAM!!!

recieving threatening phone calls from them in which they state my full name and address and threaten to kill us.  This is scary.  The number appears as unavailable through caller ID and then leaves a message saying they are ACS law firm in voicemail and leaves this number.  The name he states is kevin foster and threaten to kill me and my family.  I call 911 and they dont want to do anything.
