I've got a phone call from this number, an 818, a 213, and a 323 all today with no messages! Jerks! Just let me cancel out of your s****y plans since its all "no contract" now anyways so I can go to a REAL cell service provider!!

Ok company rep, thanks for the policy "justification." Anyone who's ever been late with a bill in the real world knows that ANY and EVERY company tries to get ahold of you like this.

You don't actually think we're going to believe that you or anyone enjoys being blown up all day by automated collection systems. What really gets me about the whole thing though is that 99% of the time when you're late its because for whatever reason you aren't able to make payment on time. Sure there's the 1% of people that just forget to pay, but for everyone else calling all day every day incessantly isn't going to make money show up in your customer's bank accounts any quicker for them to make that payment.

Anyone who wants to keep their service will make payment as soon as they're able. Calling nonstop in the meantime doesn't make that time come any sooner. I know my paychecks only come every two weeks, never any sooner on the weeks tmobile is calling.

This is T-Mobile calling.  My bill is late so the calls start.  I'm OK with it, I am glad they give me the opportunity to pay my bill prior to shutting off the service.  I am bad at being timely, so this is a great service.  It reminds me to log on, pay the bill via internet, and get it taken care of prior to a late charge.  I wish other companies did this, it is a great service.

it's TMobile, if you have an amount past due on your bill they will call you, regardless of the amount=)

Same here...both numbers...if it's T-Mobil that would make sense as my bill is late as well.  No message here either.
