They have old old of statutes debt and claim they are serving you a summons(which one call to court can confirm to be untrue)
Record their calls and get an attorney that deals with FDCPA violations.And then call the better business bureau.

sure they are. That's why they call people whose debt is years beyond the statute of limitations. Just because the company exists doesn't mean they are legit! What a lame argument! They may claim to have an attorney, but if they keep harassing people, then these people will get attorneys too!

got a call, telling me I had 24 hrs to call. said that I was being sued, but would not give me any information.
the guy who called me said his name was JOSH TURNER. my cell is unlisted but they called as private number. will not answer again!

Got a call they left a message saying that if I call them I could stop them from sending out a court summons because I am being sued...if I don't reply within 24 hours they will send it out...got a call like this before Christmas and they are a fraud company we called them and told them we know who they were and they were fraud of course they denied it and by the next day the spoofed number was disconnected...

This is a scam do not give them any money. They called me and told them I had outstanding debt from 2001 with Capital One. I never had an account with them and that is far past the statue of limitations. Their website 1stsourcemanagement.com links to a gmail account. NO DO PAY THEM and report them the Federal Trade Commission.
