Fed up with tring to get on their do not call list, I answered. A lady said to conform your name, I however same please take me off your call list and she promply hung up.

It is illegal to call cellphones. This company is breaking the law. They also call people whose numbers are on the Do Not Call list.

this number calls all hours asked them to stop but they still call.

These people are *still* calling from this number.  Most calls received in early evening.

If you call this auto warranty scam # back you just get recording. Same co also calls from 4045370427

Got the same call 2 hours earlier from 909-759-9107 and now this one. They just pass the numbers from one to another. 4/20/09

A pre recorded message called me warning me that my car warranty is about to expire... as far as i know my car has 140,000 miles on it and I have put lots of money into its transmission. I have no warranty on my vehicle, I bought it from a private seller. So when I dialed #1 on my phone to speak with a representative I was transfered to Ralf. I asked Ralf " exactily what warranty do I have on my car?"  He said "what?" I asked him again... He then blubbered unrecognizable words and then hung up on me.  
I called the number back and got the same message that I got numerous other times. I have typed in the number prescribed to remove me from the calling list but have been called again. What the heck is up with this?

This is what I don't get:  Didn't about half a billion people register their numbers w/ the Do Not Call list from the FTC?  How is that these jerks manage to constantly annoy everyone w/ their scam?  I used to have one of those external call blockers, and they figured it out within months!

Mom called me, to check out this number; glad I'm did.  Apparently they called, and she didn't recognize the number, so never answered.  Far as I know, they didn't leave a msg.  Reading through above comments:  typical phone scam!

I got the same call and when they called back I cussed them out and hung up on them!

Just got a call from them and decided to speak to the customer service rep even though I did not purchase a car recently.  When I asked how and why I got put on the list, the rep said "Sir, I'll remove you from the list" and abruptly hung up.

Where can I report this?  I get multiple calls on my cell from these guys and I keep asking them to take this number off their list, they hang up and I get called back in a few hours!

What is up wiht this auto warranty call? Does anyone know how to stop these clowns from calling?? I also, have pushed one to be removed with no luck.  This last call I was very polite asking to be removed and they hung up on me!!!!!

Recived the same call not even a couple hours ago from a different number. If there is any way to get them from calling that wuld be great. I have been told I was going to be removed, and I have called the numbers back and pressed one to be removed. I even waited for the end of the voice recording to remove myself. None of these things have worked and the calls seem to be coming more and more.

My cellphone got call from this number repeatedly.  It was very annoying.  I thought that it was illegal to call cellphones.

Umm yea i just got called up by this number and good a nice black guy on the phone with me i told him to remove my number from the list and he said i will have to do it manually but i will at the end of my shift and he said their database was down so that is why he has to do it manually, also he kind of got mad on the phone and i was confused so i said "what" and he replied "oh nothing i was just rambling about how much the company i work for pisses me off" Then he told me when i get off i will remove your number and he said "sorry for the inconvenience" and i told him "its fine its just your job"
So he seemed nice i was getting ready to ask him what the f*** the point of this company is and is it a scam but i didn't.

do not answer this call, it is a SCAM w/Capital a "S" so BS concerning auto warranties
