called and asked for my husband. i said he wasn't here, they said thank you and hung up. i tried to say WAIT!! i'm his wife, but they were gone. i recognized the number and know it's a local number, so i called back. UNITED RECOVERY. we don't owe anyone besides the house. about a year or so ago, i also got a recording saying to call within 4 hours, we've been named in a lawsuit, and will be served papers. they also call his work and cell phone. ANOTHER SCAM!! HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE DO THIS!! IT ALL SOUNDS SO LEGAL...

I got a call from this number and got scared how he got my phone number and my home address. The most scarry is knowing my home address and its too personal that I am afraid that I am an identity victim. He repeated my home address so many times and this is very scarry. I reported to our Home Association regarding this matter. Whoever you are DONT BOTHER AND SCRAM YOUR BUTT!!!

I too am getting the same call from 909-663-0069 today i told him that there is no one here by that name and to remove my number and that if i got another call i would report them. I read somewhere that this company has broken Debt collerctor laws and is being sued by unknown amount of people.

Got a call today and the man would not say what company the debt was generated by and when I asked him for his full name he said " If you Niggars would pay your bills I would not have to call you" I can't believe any company would talk to someone like that. I was blown away and I'm not even African American, I"m German. Ther's not a chance in hell I'm going to give them one cent now.......

I just dont answer the call and go to the web and try to find forums like these.  That way i find out if its an important call or not....

Very rude person calling from this number.  I receive calls from this number daily.  Yesterday, I spoke to a woman.  The call asking for Edwardo(sp) I told the woman there was NO ONE by that name that lived here.  I explained to her that we have only had this number 4 or 5 months.  She said she was sorry and would remove the our number from the system.  At 8:11 am this morning I receive a call from the same number.  A very rude man.  Asking for the same person, which I have no idea who it is, I tired to explain to him about my conversation yesterday with someone from the same number, and all he would say is thank you, every time I tired to speak, he would just say thank you. He was very rude. I'm tired of these calls.

I just recieved a message from this number and he said his name was "Curtis Haze" so for anyone who may want to give him some of their own medicine!!!!

Since last week, I've got calls from this number and others 2 to 4 times a day.  I'm not answering anymore.  The same speel each time, when I answer they dont say hello or introduce themselves, just "I need to verify your address and phone #".  I ask who is calling and they will not provide their name, their company or the nature of the call - just, "its a personal matter, i need to verify your address".  They say they cannot provide that info because its personal so I told them well neither can I and told them not to call again.  They are so RUDE and UNPROFESSIOINAL.  I stated that I will not provide any of my personal info to someone over the phone much less to them since they do not identify themself.  I have informed the last 3 callers to remove my number from their list and if I receive another call, I will consider that harrassment and will seek legal means.  I got two more calls after that.  I intend to find out who they are and who has hired them and will take it from there.  Any company or creditor that uses this company has lost my respect and patronage.

I recommend doing an internet search on them to understand their reputation, and to not answer their calls before consulting with an attorney that specializes in debt settlement. It is reported that they routinely violate debt-collection law, that they were fined $240,000 by the FTC for this, and that they have dozens of private lawsuits against them because of this.
