Just know that NO ONE is going to ever ask you for money upfront on a loan!!!! DUH if you are borrowing money, then OBVIOUSLY you don't have the extra money. so why pay $500 to get $5000 does that make sense to you? I HOPE NOT. Go look at all  the loans you have ever applied for....car, house, student, etc. other than closing costs which happens at the end....do they EVER ask you for money up front? NO!!!!

I have to say I am sorry for everyone's loss here, but at some point common sense has to play it's apart These F'ards will go down, but recovering your money is not going to be easy or happen at all. This is a scam scam Scam, all day long. NEVER NEVER NEVER give your info to a stranger especially on the phone.

Yes, this number and a million others have been calling me continuously on my cellphone.  Sometimes they leave a message about my being approved for a loan that I never applied for.  I beleive this is my fault because I hit the wrong key on my email and they must have gotten wind of my cell phone number.  It is a little less today than it was Friday so hopefully these darn calls will stop.  I know this is a scam from India.  Either they say you owe money or try to get money from you in advance for a loan.  Either way not falling for it.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Totally understand.  But you can't take legal action against them because they are located in India.   Scam's been around for some time.  There's no way to stop the calls from being initiated, so, for now,  a call blocker is your best bet.

Threaten to file a lawsuit against them for harassment. In the state I live in, if they call more than 3 times in a hour, it is considered harassment and they can be punished for it.

This number has called me so many times asking me about a loan that I never applied for. I am so sick of this happening. They call up to 7 times a day, and will not stop. I have told them that I am not interested in a loan, and the man fights with me saying "why did you apply for a loan if you did not want one?"  I will explain to this man (who speaks hardly any English) that we did not apply for one and he will yell at me saying that I am wrong. I am so very upset and have no idea what they want. I will block the calls and they will not stop. I have told them that I will be contacting the police if they continue to call me. That seemed to do the trick.

Received over 30 calls in the last 8 hours ... I've asked them to remove my number and they continue to call back!  I am sick and tired of having to explain to these morons that they need to REMOVE my number from their call list!

Been getting calls all day from this number and others. I haven't answered a one just googled them and saw all the B.S. I wish these people would get a real life and leave us all alone. I'm on the do not call list too. A lot of good that does.

I finally answered the 10th call and told them to STOP CALLING MY PHONE!!!  Hopefully that will stop them...but im not so sure!

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM 909-666-4425.  I DID NOT ANSWER THIS TELEPHONE CALL, BECAUSE I DECIDED NOT TO ANSWER THE CALL.  IF THE OWNER CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE INDICATING THE CONCERN I WILL RESPOND.

IF ANYONE HAS INFORMATION ON THIS NUMBER, PLEASE CONTACT THE RIALTO RESTUARANT AND FIND OUT WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THE CALL?   ASK TO PUT MY NAME ON A PRIORITY LIST AND I WILL VISIT THE RESTAURANT.  CONTACT CAR-TALK ON NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO, FOR AN INTERVIEW TO ADVERTISE THE BRAND CHAIN NATIONWIDE AND INTERNATIONALLY.

NEVER PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. I.E.: Account numbers...routing numbers..card numbers...SSN...address....NOTHING!!
And if Hadji calls and threatens you...tells you that you are going to jail...threatens to call your work and so on...REPORT IT TO YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND ALSO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THE STATE WHERE THE CALL ORIGINATED. The best way to find out if a debt is legitimate is to ask the caller to send you the information in writing. If they refuse or don't have your address then it's Hadji on the other end of the line. E Mails do NOT qualify as a documentation.
 The best way to keep these parasites from bugging you is to NEVER PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION to anyone on the web unless you know that that they are a legitimate company. I always check any company out with the Better Business Bureau prior to any buisness transactions. A call blocking app.is good too. Just add the bogus numbers to the list as they call. Once you do the calls will never come through again. (I'm on the do not call list....but it doesn't stop these guys. Also; make any elderly people that you know aware of these people.)

This number has called me numerous times today, if it wasnt this number it was some other number. 39 times from 7:30 this morning until 2:18 this afternoon. The person/persons have heavy indian accents where i can barely understand them. Each time I add the number to auto reject on my phone they spoof a new number. I have googled every single number they have called from and this is the only one that pops up with any information. I answered a few times and told them to quit calling and they haven't. There has to be something i can do because this is getting ridiculous.

Recevied a call from this number twice this morning.  When I told the person on the line that I was not interested in a loan, he asked my why.  I told him that I didn't need it.  He got upset and told me "next time don't answer the phone if I am not interested in doing businss with him".  Of course that statement makes a whole lot of sense.

They called; I told them they had the wrong number. They called right back and asked what my name was to which I replied that it was none of his business. He called right back saying, "I know you are (whatever name), I know you". I told him what he is doing is illegal and that he needed to stop harassing me. I'm still getting phone calls from different numbers from all over the US every few minutes. If you've ever taken out a payday loan, they sell your information to people like this. It's pretty infuriating that there is no way to stop it.  

Called 14 X's today. I answered once n they hung up. I have no voicemail so they were unable to run that.

They called every 15 minuets and the one call I answered said, " is this (and my name) then told me my address, than said I am calling because I love you and he said it 5 times and I hung up. I know how they got my info I was claiming a $250 gift card for Costco something I received on FB. You did a survey and answer a lot of questions about health etc. Then asked about Sam's Club and it was just a survey to get free samples stupid me!!!! This is the only thing I can relate it too because I put my name and address in so the can send the gift card to my house!!!

If anyone get s phone call from this number do not answer any questions. but do try to get info on them. them report them to consumer.ftc.gov. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Lady from this number called my husband yesterday and told him I defaulted on a payday loan (I did not) and that she wanted him to verify my personal information (he told her no), she yelled at him and told him that she'd see me in Court.  Whatev, babe.  Bring it.
