I talked to them and they said the same thing and as soon as I told them no I would not pay up front they hung up.  You never pay up front for a loan that has been on the news for years and how scams work.

I'm sorry to read you got scammed. However, go to your bank first thing and deal with this by closing your account, tell them what happened. Then file reports with the FTC,FCC , State attorney Generals office, and the FBI.  Next step, don't fill out for loans online, your info is out there for the scammers and fraudsters to get a hold of.  Your better off going to real business offices like your bank, or the local loan company's for refinancing - face to face. And the get a card is the worst thing you could have done.  No one asks if they are legit for you to go buy a card and put money on it.  These scammers are all over in the news on tv, online and places like this.  It pays you to investigate them first before doing business.

Neil Mathis from American Finance Network called said I was approved for a personal loan. After I had applied for several loans online. Neil told me that my credit score was not high enough so I would have to go to CVS purchase a vanilla reload network card load first payment as a security deposit and call him with pin and money would be deposited into my bank account in 1 hour. I did and money was never deposited but the $252 was redeemed from vanilla reload network card. Now this person has my money and my bank account #. I needed the money to save my house ffrom foreclosure. Now I may loose my home and I'm a single mom of 3. I don't know what to do now.

This person called me three times in a row.  Said that he wants to give me $5000.  When I told him I was not interested in a loan, he said it wasnt a loan..he was calling to pay $5000 for me.  I asked him how he got my number and he just kept saying in a very heavy indian accent that he wanted me and somthing about killing something..i couldnt make it out.  I hung up but I must admit it shook me up.  Dont know who this company or person is but if I could I would take a very big friend to his office and shake him up.
