called my cell phone left no message

Picked up call, at work, it was a recording for auto warranty extension, saying mine was running out, and I authorized them to call and remind me. To press '1' to talk to a live person.

Big problem, I haven't owned a car for over 12 years.

I hung up.

Called me on cell at work--left no message.

Yet another nonsensical, useless , phone call from these morons. Would be the last place I would buy any extended warranty from. There out to be a law against this kind of crap.909-691-9160

I never picked up their calls, they are annoying though, they have like 5000 different numbers. And they never stop calling.

Just got the call, Pressed 1 to speak with an agent who asked me for my VIN number. I told her that I wanted off the list and she said sure and hung up on me.

Boy am I glad I found this site, as a fellow 20-calls a day victim. The company is General Warranty Services Inc located out of Woburn, MA but calls from several different random numbers. But I have found the answer... Enjoy!

1. I called my local police dept. and filed an official incident report of the complaint of harassment. The police now have them on file with step-1 harassment charges.
2. Go to their website www.generalwarrantyservices.com. At the bottom lefthand corner there is a tiny "do not call" spot.. I entered my number there, for the hell of it, to which the system replied that I was already removed. However, the phone calls have kept coming and coming at all hours (the pain you all know).

3. Call Customer Service at this number: 603-685-0200
Deal with bitchy customer service chick who will tell you it's not her problem to fix, or that you ARE on the "do not call" list, which is b.s. Then, ask to speak with someone who WILL fix it immediately. She'll transfer you.

4. Tell this guy, in no uncertain terms, that you also have filed a harassment complaint with your local police dept. To really scare him, ask if he would like to hear the incident number (5 digit number you can fill in there, or really do file a complaint with your police, but they can't do much due to the "can't-call-back" trick these f**kers do)  

5. The calls will stop.

I got a call on my cell as well.  Didn't dare call it back.

I just got a call from them and it shows up a data call on my cell phone...how am I supposed to answer that??  And when I call back it says to press 1 to removed....it never helps!!!!

i received a call on my cell. i called teh number back and no one answered. Who are they?

exactly!!! and if you call back they have a recording saying if we reached you by accident press 1 to stop the calls, iI've done that on about 20 numbers and each day 3 or 4 diff. numbers call with the same s***!! annoying!!!!

I had the same thing happen, I answered the phone and they hung up.

I just got a call from the number on my cell phone.  It rang once, then they hung up...no message.

I got a call at 12:16 today. No message.

Just got a call.. I did not pick it up..

They called me about an hour ago and left no messaage. This is there third time callling. smh!

They call to sell car warranty but each time, a different number is used. I've gotten calls from:

Has anyone receive calls from 1-909-691-9100?  They don't leave a message so I have no idea who it could be but they call almost everyday.
