Just had the same number 909-691-9160 call and hangup on voicemail at 12:13pm EST on March 4.  Southern Ontario, 905 area code.

And to think the calls from California and other environs would stop...

I block them all off right away, when I reach my maximum of blocked off calls (32), I erase everything and I start all over again.

called them back at 1 866 664 6131 and had them remove me from there list with the threat of calling the FTC we will see what happens

The machine will call you inspite of the "Do Not Call" .  or a FTC complaint. They have called since Jan.2008. When you call back 909-691-9160, the recording soundslike, the same as, "won trip, entered by a friend",  "expired car warranty". " Our records show you're overpaying interest rates " or "reduce your interest rates" is Mutual Consolidated Savings, Tacoma. MCS number listings are: 866-664-6131, 253-320-7667 (listed Verizon Wireless) 253-383-8780 (Qwest)  (not in service maybe.) Everyone may want to return calls to the source where there's alive person, and take up their time.

If I don't recognize the number,  I let the answering machine take it BUT THEY WON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. And yet they insist on calling back. Obviously the "Do Not Call" list isn't working, and we need some new rules for these scumbags.

Clearly its a scam, so why not give them whats coming to them? Same thing with the car warranty one, just hit one and tell them you don have a car, then they say a whole buncha disclaimery s**t really quickly and hang up the phone, bastards. When I called it back it said, thank you for calling...mamf? bamf? I dont know, it was strange, then when you press one to have yourself put on their "do not call list" it just repeats itself saying "Thank you for calling mamf, would you like to be put on our do not call list? press one".

This number belongs to Jpm in Riverside, CA.  The area might be in the Magnolia Center.  The phone company is Digitcom Services Incorporated.  To file a complaint about (909) 691-9160, call customer service at (310) 358-7000.

i live in southern ontario, area code 519, and recieved a hang up call from 909-691-9160 at 9:45am, i did not return the call but did an online reverse lookup and discovered it was from Riverside California....obviously some type
of telemarketing scheme.

They are Mutual Consolidated Savings. They also call from 234-567-8900

Please keep complaining, especially those who had fraudulent charges on their credit card.  This is not only limited to those who had fraud on their credit card but you can also complain about dishonest sales practice (they claim they are from your credit card company) or agressive Marketing (too aggressive!)  or they say there will be no charge but you get a $900 surprise on your credit card bill.  Please make sure you answer ?no? to the 5 first questions otherwise they refer you to other agencies.

?BBB processed a total of 93 complaints about this company in the last 36 months?  hmmmm...    well what do ya know.  


Please join me!  Let?s make that number increase from 93 to over 100 complaints, to over 1000 complaints!  Their rating is C- but some times goes down to D minus.  Time to get back at them.  Maybe it does not change anything but at least these bottom feeders will be exposed for what they are.   Scammers.

they asked me to reduce my credit card interest!!!! I'm not suppose to receive this kind of call. I put my name on the national phone number list (canada)...I guest that's a call from USA ...

Received a call from this number. Wasn't home so don't know what's up with the call but assumed it wasn't from anyone I recognized. Didn't leave a message.

I received a call from the number 909-691-9160 stating the my credit cards are past due. I tryed to connect to a live person to tell them to take my number off their caling list but when it tells you to press one to talk to a rep. It never connects  to a person.
