I answered the number but no one answered back.  They hung up after ten seconds.

This number just called me and it is a recorded message that says my warranty has expired on my vehicle.  I get calls with this exact message almost daily now, but never from the same number.  All the numbers that have called me are:

Saw this number on my caller ID but did not answer. I called the number back and I was asked to press 1 to be removed from the calling list.

Repeated calls from this number to my 11-year-old son's cell phone.  I finally answered to tell them to stop calling.  Operator said it was very difficult to remove a phone number from their call list.  ???? When I proceeded to push the point, she said "could you shut the (insert really foul word)up so I can answer you?"  At that point I demanded to talk to her supervisor and she said, "I'll connect you.  His name is Mr. Tone.  Mr. Dial Tone." And, of course, hung up.  Nice, huh? Tried to find the company.  Even paid for a search.  No company name.

I received a call from a computer about my credit card account.  I hung on until a person answered.  She said they were from card memmber services and wanted to speak to me about lowering my credit card interest rates.  I asked what company?  She repeated card member services, and said she was calling on behalf of visa and mastercard.  I told her they were 2 different companies, which one was she calling from?  I was hoping they really were calling from my credit card, but I wanted to hear her tell me which company she was calling from!  I then said, well I don't have a credit card, why are you calling me? she said sorry and hung up on me.

i get these calls 3 or 4 times a week. the same thing happens to me.  when i ask them to not call me anymore they hang up on me. im gettin really pissed about this.

I picked up and it was a recorded message from credit card services saying that they had important information about my credit card. I hung up.

I have call display on my phone and am at the point that I do not answer numbers I do not recognize or toll-free numbers.

I went bankrupt in January and have no credit cards.  If he wants to give me his, and reduce the rate, I'd gladly take it!! (LOL)!!!!!!!!!

Telemarketer! do not answer!

Keep getting recorded calls on home and cell phone from Credit Card Services offering to reduce my Credit Card Debt.  I have NO Credit Cards.  Prompt to speak to someone and they hang up on you when you ask to not be called.
