Called and left bo message....Tried to call back always busy signal

called my cell at 8:44am today. no message. no caller id. I'm in NJ.  I'm also on the Do Not Call lists, and have never done business with BoA.

Scam callers are here to stay--thank goodness for phones that have blocking capabilities!
These steps have pretty much become a part of my daily routine:
1. Google the unfamiliar number.
2. Block it if any complaints have shown up about it.
3. Repeat as needed on a scam-by-scam basis.

Same thing, busy signal when you call back

Caller ID says "GTC RC 3651C BC". Called-no message.

Confirmed SCAM.  Pretty easy to spot, kept saying "sir, don't worry, don't worry"  LOL Try harder next time losers.

My wife got the call on her cell phone. After she gor frustrated talking in circles to the guy she handed the phone to me and I pushed them harder for who they were with, the caller said "capital one, wells fargo, bank of america and us bank" I asked if the were a third party provider and he then said he was with credit card services. I said to him that it sounded like a scam and I pushed him harder and no suprise he hung up.

This number called me, stating to lower my credit card interest.  Curious to see who it was, I asked, "What company are you with" 3X. First time he said, he was with Credit card services.  I then repeatedly asked what company you are with, and he hung up.  

This number keeps calling a place of business with no response on the other end. Call back and you get a busy tone.

Just got a call from this number. Didn't look familiar and didn't answer. Blocked the number since it looks like scam based on the other messages on this board.

This number just called my cell, which I don't really give out.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Call from this number on my cell during work hours. No message left. I will assume it is a scam as others here state.

Someone wanting to discuss my credit card account and lowering my interest rates.  Recorded message, not a live person.  Just hung up.

Called 6/30/14.  Message said to call immediately about credit card.  My phone says it's from Redlands, CA.  I'm sure it's a scam.  

They just called and hung up on me too.

I am on the do not call list, I think I get more calls now then ever. Why can't we put a stop to this?

Got three missed calls from this number on my cell this morning. Came up as Redlands, CA. No message.

The caller ID showed the number and GTC RC 3651 C BC?  We are on the DO NOT CALL List.  No message was left.

Showed as called on my cell phone.  Can't figure out how to delete?  Is 909 a commercial prefix?

I received a call from this number this morning.  An automated message offered to lower my current credit card interest to 6.5% and asked me to Press 1 for a representative.  I did not.  I did try to do a call back on the number and there's a message stating the call can't be completed the at this time.   SCAM!!!!!!

Must be the scam of the day. Looks like the area code 909 is coming from California

i stepped away from my desk and received a call from this phone number. it somehow automatically answered on speaker phone with an automated message about lowering my interest rate?

No message, called back to see who it was, get a BUSY signal. So I'm going to assume it's a telemarketer of some sorts.
