Yes I received a call this morning from Allan Rose same thing what he told you to all of you. I will report this one to local authorities and hope they will put them behind bar.

They have called me several times from this no # 909-833-0728 and they
Said there was a complaint against our home
I never called back and today I recieved another
Message and they said they were going to serve
Me legal papers . Has anybody else had the same
Phone call? They say its from David and associates

I DO HOPE THAT THEY FIND WHOEVER IS DOING THIS ,AND PLEASE PUT THEM BEHIND BARS....

7/8/2013: Some guy left me a message in broken English claiming that I was named in a lawsuit and that I would receive a summons. Yeah right..

I got a call from this number June 24, 2013 (we're in Texas) and the message left was for my husband. They stated they were Allen Ross with "Davis & Associates"  ,stated my husband was being named in a civil complaint, gave a case number, and said if he didn't return the call and contact them within 24 hours, the court papers would be served to (me) his wife. It freaked us out a little to get the call, we couldn't imagine anything he had ever done, it then seemed fishy. We called the county clerk's office and sure enough found out there was nothing filed. Once we came online there are about four or five websites identifying these people for fraud and scams. I'm trying to found out now what local authorities we need to report it to. I hope everyone reports them or nothing will stop.

I just got the MSG on our house ans machine! voice of a woman and last words were "good luck" and when I tried to call back that number 9098330728, it was a vmail to a guy named jack...I hope these crooks will get caught! who do I have to contact to make a complaint about such scammers?

i also received a call from this number what a scam said the exact same that was said to others SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

They called and the process server said he liked to have a**l sex with barn animals. I encouraged him to use protection!

The same thing happened to me as above.

Same as above but they had my last name as a name I havent used in over 7 years researched & found waas scm

I received a call from an unknown caller (which my phone automatically blocked) and they left me a message saying that I was being served for a civil lawsuit. They said to call back as soon as possible to Davis and Associates at 909-833-0728 with a reference number and at the end of the call she said good luck. I searched Davis and Associates California and there they are reporting a scam, see link below:

I was advised to report it to my local State Attorney's office and I sure will...!!!
