I'm getting calls from this number and from Kirby insisting I own a Kirby and owe them money but I don't owe one and don't know why they are calling me!

called, picked and they hung up.

It's United Consumer Financial. They are calling because you're late on your bill.. I know b/c i'm late on my bill right now. but yeah they call 8:11am est. tell 8:55pm est. time.. From the 909 number and the 404 area code number that says United Consumer.. The reason no one answers is b/c it's all automated, and when you pick your phone up the computer sends it to the first available operator. If they're busy it could be a few sec./mins.  Best thing to do is just go to there website and start talking to them thru your email system, at least they might stop calling your house. Good luck.. I only have $989 left and they won't beable to call me anymore.. COME ON TAX RETURNS!!!

Maybe they shouldn't charge $5,000,000 for a damn vacuum bag then have you order the dang thing online(shipping charge), we might be able to make that payment a little easier.. They forgot to mention that part when they did there 14 hour presentation in my house, poured 3 lbs of baking soda on my carpet.. Hell I felt sorry for the guy..  I didn't know which was worse the demo, or the sad story he said about how his wife left him and his kids and was about to loose his house.  awww.. screw'em now, your screwing with MY credit  :{

if they are calling you it's because someone of a friend of a family bought one and when they come too your house they ask you to fill a sheet with as many friends and family with address and phone numbers . so they are calling you because someone you know owes them money and they cant get in touch with that person , so they start using the sheet , that everyone fills out with friends and family phone numbers .

Called me twice this morning within 20 minutes.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize.  It's very early and it woke up my kids.  Even solicitors know not to call this early.

They are F......G relentless, if payment not there on time.......watch me now, I won't pay the f****ng bill anymore, let them sue me, it will end up costing them lots more to collect what is owed and finally set up a much lower payment plan through the courts.  The Judges will have mercy on you....perhaps they will sell account ( write off) to a deadbeat collector that will pay pennies on the Dollar and try to collect full balance from you...guess what, they are not getting s*** either.

Have talked to UCF and they still refuse to submit the check to the bank that I sent them 3 weeks.  It seems they want to go directly to my bank account and do EFT, so they are pretending they have not received the check.  I know they received the check.  This is a tactic of bill collectors now that the government has cracked down on unfair credit practices.  The UPS rarely loses first class mail, and I have heard that they hold onto checks they receive on time in order to be able to raise your interest rates on the account once it is almost paid off.  They overcharge for the vacuum cleaners and then use unethical practices to collect even more interest on outstanding loans that are nearing payment in full.

This is United Consumer Fiance.  It came up as "wireless caller" on my caller ID.  They call many times each day, and never leave a voicemail.  Since every call I get is from a creditor these days, and I am preparing to file bankruptcy because we've had several major catastrophes in our life, I have simply turned my phone ringer off.  Tonight, I decided to answer when I saw the incoming call light blinking while eating dinner. I was eating spaghetti and smacked loudly and burped in the woman's ear! I have to say it was good entertainment for the whole family.  Life has been insanely difficult lately, and we all needed a laugh! Sorry UCF, but I nearly pee'd my pants while talking to your representative! :)

She wanted to know when I might be able to make a payment on my vacuum cleaner.  The woman was actually quite nice, but I decided to have fun.  So I turned on the vacuum cleaner and pretended that my kid was vacuuming (like that would EVER happen!?)  I said she would need to call back later because I couldn't hear her over the noise of my KIRBY! LOL!  

I'm guessing they'll be coming to collect their vacuum cleaner in a few weeks, but in the meantime, I appreciated the laugh!  Yes, UCF, if you don't have the honesty to put your name in the caller ID and instead insist on hiding behind some false ID, you will get nothing but burps and slurps from me!

That means I will probably at least pay them something this month.

If it was important they would leave a message.  I know I'm behind on my bills and doing what I can but they don't listen or care.  I've made arrangements with them to tell them when I can pay but they still call.  Call all you want because I have caller ID and an ignore button.

You're quite professional.  Do you work for Kirby?  If you do, you don't call when you like.  You call according to the Fair debt collection laws

This is united consumer.  They are not using cell phones to call folks.  They did not say anything for a while.

You people need to lighten up. We call when we like, if we like. You are not the boss of us. Phones are supposed to be enjoyable. Stop making life so difficult. And since everyone here is getting calls from a credit company, guess what, PAY YOUR F%^%$%G BILLS!

Got the same as a previous poster nice to know that who it is. But it is annoying to get calls from a collector/loan agency, I understand they want their money but at least check the voicemail system so you can clear it off.

Hey! Just wanted to let you know that my husband and I kept getting calls from this number also, both at home and on our cell phones.  Usually we ignored it but this morning I answered it and found out that it is United Consumer.  We have a loan through them for a Kirby sweeper we bought.  I asked the lady why it came up with that number and she explained it all to me.  She said it's because they have a whole bunch of different numbers that come up when they call, and if for some reason no one is there when we pick up it's because the calls are automatic and sometimes there is no representative available!!  She was very nice and completely understanding.  Hope this helps, we were a bit freaked out by it actually

I just received another call from 909-835-6245 the second one today and this time i answered it and said "STOP CALLING MY F%#*IN PHONE", and to my surprise a female yelled out "HELL NO".

Every morning and every night for the past month i have received a phone call from this number. They wont leave a message and wont say anything when i answer. The mailbox is always full if i call back and it goes straight to VM.

Keep on getting phone calls from this number, and no one answers when I pick up.  Tried calling it back, but goes straight to VM and mailbox is full.  Ridiculous.

If my mother had not already called and woken me I would have been woken by this call from said number.  What do you not understand about DO NOT CALL?

They called day and night just hangs up no messages recording, very strange.

This # has called my home phone twice in the last 30 minutes.  It's very early in the morning and I need my kids to sleep in.  STOP CALLING ME!
