I got the call today 12/29/07, we couldn't get it, and they left no message

I am the same who got the call form this number a while ago. Just found out in another website that someone actually took the call and it was an offer form Dih Network....thought someone else would like to know

If I could hunt this c***sucker down I would cut his nuts off.

Call and hand up, somewhere in CA

I have received multiple calls from these telemarketers, and have told them repeatedly not to call me anymore. After the 7th call, all of which I have been recording and noting down times and other info, I used the whitepages.com to reverse search the phone number, where it is located in Pasadana, CA. I managed to get in touch with the Pasadana Police Dept, who told me there was nothing they could do; they told me to call my district attorney and file on official complaint for harassment. After getting off the phone with the police dept., I used google to search the telemarketers phone carrier service. After speaking with them, and reciting a fair chunk of the FDCPA laws, I was given a case number, and told that if I received any phone calls in the next 24 hours, that their number would be revoked. I am still going to be proceeding with my district attorney to file a civil lawsuit, hopefully this will make enough of an example that when a resident says, "Don't call here, remove this number," the telemarketers will think twice before ignoring them. This is for a "Insider Events" company, who has called my 7 times on "How to repair my credit."

I called them back (good thing I have unlimited long distance) and a recorded voice said something to the effect of "Enter your phone number w/ area code followed by the pound sign and you will be removed from our list.

Mine read Insider Events. No message though.

Call from 909-842-8102 tonight "Paging Phone CA" and didn't answer. So glad that some of you were "suckered" into answering and posted who the telemarketer was. I wrote a nice email to DISH about it. :)

Called with recorded message.

We get calls from them like once a day. The call shows up as "California Call", but they are not the only ones calling. We also get calls from a "Pennsylvania Call, Massachusetts Call, Arizona Call, and Chattanooga TN." They never leave a voice message or anything. It is always a hang up. Common sense is that they are courtesy callers. We have learned to simply ignore them.

This call is a a robo call from a "rep" from Dish Network.  This is what I am doing......  I am mass sending letters of complaint to the CEO of Echo Star (parent of Dish Network)... his home address.  I encourage others to do the same.  Send to:

You can also look up echo star,  and find an entire listing for the board of Echo Star........ it is not very hard to find their home addressess,  since almost all of them are in Colorado.  Use the county auditor and public records search.  We need to get rid of these a__holes.

Just received a call from 909-842-8109. I listened to the message for about 10 seconds and then it got disconnected.

It looks like these guys would give up and go home after a while. I've got dial-up and CallWave. I just stay online all the time and let CallWave catch all the numbers. If there was no name left and I don't recognize the number I Google it and usually get links to about a hundred or so sites like this one that show the number is being used by telemarketers or someone else I have no desire to talk to.

Called me on Dec 27 at 11:55 AM CT. It was an offer for DishNetwork. At first it was a recorded spiel, eventually telling me to press 1 to speak with a live person. I press 1 too talk. A man answered...and hung up immediately after telling him I was already with Dish.
