no idea what this is. i called the # back and it went to a recording saying press 1 to no longer receive notifications from them so i did. that was two days ago so hopefully they dont call back!

Call came in on my work number. No clue where they got it from. I answered and it was a recorded message indicating that they were selling insurance asking to press 1 to talk to a representative. I waited for another prompt to opt out and it did when I didn't punch a number. Hopefully this should settle the matter for me.

It's a collection agency pretending to sell insurance and/or other goods to get personal info that they can use against you to collect debts
