So tired of these obnoxious calls and can't seem to stop them. But now I answer in a child-like voice and tell them I have to find my mommy. I wander around and holler for "MOM!" My husband thought I was crazy. (I am!) I just kept yelling until they hung up. So far it has stopped one scumbag from calling back. Hope it works on the others!

Hi JD.... I called the number and got the hilarious message from "scumbag.com".... BUT he did ask me to leave a name and number which of course, I didn't......it was really, really funny tho'.  I think I may call it again just to listen....LOL

I keep getting a call from 909-917-7026.  They want to offer you a lower rate on credit cards.  We do not carry balances and they then transfer us and then hang up.  I want to know what company is doing this since we are on the national do not call list and I want to report them.  they call every day.  I've told them to take me off their list.  They call several times a day.

When I c/v he was so rude.  I don't think some low life in San Bernardino County, CA is funny at all.

Just called number back and someone hacked their voicemail and said to report the number. Love it! So funny.

What a scam!  I blew an airhorn into the phone.  Lower my credit card interest rate, yeah right...hurry and press 1 before your next billing cycle  haha...they just want to capture your credit card info.  After I blew my airhorn she started swearing on the phone saying F this and you are F'n that.  What does that tell you??   This is a scam, please never give these companies any info!!!

Got calls from this FOOL  few time and today I simply added this number to my block calls list!  Some people have way too much time on their hands, but what's worse are the people who fall for the service they claim they can provide.  As long as they can find 1 sucker in every 5,000 calls it's worth their while I guess to keep on making these calls.

Woman called. Refused to identify her company. Told her we were on a do not call list; she said it did not matter.  I asked to be taken off the calling list.  Ican not do that she says.  was rude, brusque, and insulting. Clearly not a legitiamte organization. But how do we STOP such calls????

A message was left on my voice mail but only enough so I heard a noise. I accidentally bumped the wrong button on my phone when checking what phone number it came from and I was instantly connected to 'scumbag.' I hung up immediately and am hoping for no repercussions!

Call came up wireless caller on caller ID. I don't answer these calls. Do Not Call List is a joke. That's where they get their numbers from as far as I'm concerned. I just don't answer anymore unless I know who it is.

Yeah, I got one of these calls yesterday, and I called the number back and got the same Ima Scumbag message.  I had the feeling that someone was listening on the other end when I called, so I stated that I was looking for Yura Do***ebag, and they called me back immediately afterwards and then hung up.  They probably read this forum also.  What a wasted life they lead!!  At least they've got the scumbag part right.  :)

Received a call...pressed 1 to talk to the jerk. He hung up on my. Did my own little search. Phone number is a land line which appears to be from Canada. I will be finding out which phone company allows these scumbags to continue using their service to cheat people. I'll let them know if this company calls me again/continuosly, I will be suing them!

I was just on the phone with somebody else when the call came in. I was in the process of trying to get somebody to fill in for me on a freelance job tonight, so I thought one of the calls I had just made called me back from a different number. I got their message and it's really upsetting thinking that somebody just hacked into our voicemail. I immediately came in here to look up the call on the computer, searching for "area code 909" + "I'm a scumbag" and found this place to report it. I hope nobody hacks into our business. That would be unacceptable, and I don't think I would be very nice to them (to say the least).

Just got a call and said he was a scum bag blah blah blah that hacked my voicemail I made a complaint to the do not call. You can change your number all you want but it is true they just do a free dial and you will end up with them or someone else calling again.

So sad that technology was supposed to be so great, but yet it seems to allow people to harrase and be a nusiance. I changed my pass word to my voicemail and reported it and also keep a record and hopefully truth prevails.

The truth is, is that these people have no life and no sense of self or self respect, so they really have nothing in life and that in itself is a great part of justice!! Can you imagine having his life? I would commit suicide!!

I received a call at 12:37 p.m. (EST) with an automated message about lowering my credit card interest.  If interested, press "1".  I pressed "1" and "Nick" answered and asked if I was interested in today's offer.  I POLITELY said "no" and please take me off your calling list.  He replied "no" and when I asked why, he said "because you are an a**hole".  I had him on speaker phone with my wife sitting in the same room.  We were both shocked.  My question, is how do we hold people like this accountable for their actions?

Get calls from this number often. Today I called back and got recorded message "I am a scum bag"  I am also on the Do Not Call List.

Yes, I just got the call. Seeing how they're using cell phones now it only comes up on your Caller ID as a cell, not a company like Lower Interest. All they have to do is keep buying cheap cells phones to stay untracable as in another week or so they'll just get another one.

It's a robo call to lower your credit card interest rate. I pushed "1" to get a person and told her "Yes, you can help me. Put me on your do not call list". Got a hateful reply of this... "WE DON'T HAVE ONE!" then she hung up on me!! Who are these people? And who does NOT have a do not call list?? I want my lawsuit money NOW!! LOL

The Do Not Call List, like locks, keeps honest people honest but does not protect us from scumbags like this.  These scumbags continue to spend their time and resources making calls because it is profitable for them to do so. Who are these gullible d&m*@$$es who fall for the scam, therefore making it profitable?  It is these d&m*@$$es who are ultimately responsible for imposing costs (phone time, etc.) on the rest of us.  Too bad we don't have a d&m*@$$ tax that would reduce taxes for the rest of us.

I just got a Call from same company.  told them the number is on the Do Not Call List she basically ignored me & kept talking.

They called here bragging about how much they had enjoyed hacking my phone and I had my computer all screwed up. do not know if they are related. I got a trojan from these people.

I've had repeated calls from this number and "important" messages. I have requested to be taken off their list more than once. I have been hung up on, told I had to answer their questions re:my personal financial situation first, and was once told they would take me off the list if I answered once question. Then this juvenile asked what color bra I was wearing.

I have had multiple calls in a day, and finally asked the police how to stop the harassment. I was told it's not really a US firm using the #, and there was nothing I could do. Registering with Do Not Call did no good.
