Address History: 2 addresses in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.  1 address in Fontana, Ca.  1 address in Rowlett, Tx.  plus-1 more address available, 6+ Relatives for Phone Owner. another online search site showed: Bruce Guerra 9224 Conifer Lane, Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. 91730

I wish to register a complaint of telephone harassment against the peron or business calling from 1 909 989 5123. No mortgage was applied for and this person must be stopped with contacting persons that have never done anything to them.

I am so tired of getting unsolicited phone calls from companies that are nothing more than scam artists.  We have been on the do not call list since it became available.  Fat lot of good its doing!!!

This is a real scam artist. Made out like they were with my mortgage company and come to find out they we some preditor trying to get money out of me to have my mortgage company refinance my mortgage FASTER.  WHAT A SCAM!!!!

This number keeps calling me at the office!

Just got this phone call.   Wish at times I never got a cell phone. Easier to deal with on a land phone.   Will though report to  DO NOT CALL registry.909

I am on the do not call list why are they calling me?

Even after you press 2 to be taken off their mailing list they still keep calling. Why isn't anyone doing anything about this invasion of privacy? I am sure many have complained.

What everyone needs to be careful of is the scam inside the scam, meaning most solicitors like this will give you an option to be placed on the do not call list and when u press whatever option that is they actually send your phone number out to different places just as a big "F" you...if you don't know the number then don't answer it; if its important they will leave a message. Get used to this kind of thing though cuz its only going to get worse.

Several calls from this number- I answered and pushed the number to speak to a person to ask my name be taken off the list. Once I stated my name and that I do not have a mortgage they hung up on m!! All I wanted was to have my name removed from the list.

these people or business must be stopped, they are invading our privacy. selling private information should be illegal and must be prosecuted. i hope somebody known or powerful do something about it. they're like viruses/bacterias that attack normal, regular human beings.

Got a call on my cell today from this number-didn't pick up because of unrecognized number-I learned my lesson from other similar calls that I have received. If I answer every single spam/junk call that I get, boy, the minutes actually add up-who pays? Me, of course. So do not pick up or answer-let them leave a voice mail instead (which they never do anyway)

Keeps calling but nobody speaks when I answer, even if I wait a minute or more.

Pre recorded message, and I am on the national do not call list.  We should all report this--squeaky wheel--there ARE laws to protect against this and that IS the government's job.

this is the 2nd comment i leave no this caller, in 20 minutes, on a different web site. on that last messenge i said the have not hanged up the phone, its now been about an hour.

Called again today. Sick of the idiots. Wastes my minutes. 10 cents a minute everytime they leave a message. I'd rather I could talk to my friends, then listen to some jerk talking to me about a Mortgage! I don't have one and do not plan to have one.

Called, I didn't answer, and it left voicemail saying it was about "debt restructuring," then said "press 1 to speak with a representative and 2 to be removed from our list."

calls a few times a day and leaves a voice mail b/c i don't answer. voice sounds like a recording every time, but i never call them back. i get calls from so many different telemarketers everyday, ugh

This is phone spam, like email spam, and it should be treated the same as email, to wit: NEVER OPEN AN EMAIL FROM SOMEONE YOU DON'T KNOW AND TRUST, AND NEVER ANSWER A TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU DON'T KNOW AND TRUST.

If you answer, all you get is added to a list of known good numbers with a real person that answers. Now you are targeted and the list sold to other telemarketers who don't abide by the do not call list,probably because they are shady. Even if they are not shady, it's spam just the same, and should be treated like spam.

Pass the above information on to everyone you know, and when these a****oles can't connect to anyone because nobody answers their spam calls, it will stop. The government can't stop this (and why should they? are we babies on the government teat?) you can.

You weren't taken off. You were added to a list of live persons. It's like email spam that had you click a link to be removed, but you never were. You were simply added to a list of known good email addresses for future spam.

Number 909-909-5123 keeps calling my cell phone thus consuming my minutes. Please have them stop doing so.

Yeah i have also been getting the same calls, i just learned to google the number if i dont know it, when i came across this site, im in Buffalo, NY... Unreal.........
