CALLED AND SAID i WAS APPROVED FOR A LOAN. SAID THEY WERE FROM "CASH ADVANCE AMERICA". Said his name was Dan Foster.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to get these idiot scammers to stop calling, please let me know! I receive at least 2 or 3 a day all from different area codes & all with the same accent reading the same script. I don't have any outstanding debts & for life of don't know why they chose my number.

i recieve a call from this gentleman today from this number and the other day from a 917, and a 508 and a few other area code , stating that i had a lawsuit against me  and my ss# was being invegated and when i asks  who it was with he could;nt tell me, but it could be settle if in send money by western union or moneygram, i ask that he sent me a copy of the lawsuit and the name and address of the lawyer handling it the when the calls start coming from a different#.

That person call me today 2 Im scared.

Someone with an accent called said I need to return their call or they would have to garnish my wages. Had my. Email information and God knows what else. I'm just tired of these goons calling my phone.

I received  a call from what sounded like an Indian person telling me that I had  two outstanding debts I was warning me about them, it was hard to understand what he was saying I asked him if he worked for a Law company and could he give me the phone number, I did not relies it at the time I called the number but it was the same number he  was calling from. I am very suspicious of this person and I think he needs to be checked into.

Called me at work, left a message on my voice mail, and told me that me or my attorney should call him.  Said his name was James Watson yet he had and Indian accent.  Also said that I had better not disregard this.

Have been receiving calls from this number since 08/21 - several times a day. Have not been answering it since the number was not familiar to me. Today I decide to answer the call and the person is telling me that charges have been filed against me and if I'm aware of such allegations. The person was asking me to verify non-public personal information. I hung up and no longer entertained the call!

Yes - called my work - caller ID said "private" - asked for me - said he was John Miller (and I'm Cleopatra!  LOL) from "Cash Advance Group" - said I needed to give him my attorney's contact information.  I asked, "Why don't you give me your number and I'll have him call you?"  He actually gave me the # above (909-999-5204).  I asked him where he was located and he said "Cal-E-ForNia" in his best INDIAN or whatever accent!  Told him I'd have the attorney call - I hope he doesn't hold his breath!!!!

These people call and ask you to verify your name, ssn and address.  They say they are from the state department and if you dont give them information then "We wish you good luck as the legal situation falls on you".  REALLY???

got a call from this phone and it was treating and saying that is is on my head is i don't return the call and to be precise he had an accent and who ever called was reading from notes that was written for him
