It is Verizon Wireless. They have like a bazillion numbers they'll call you from to try to trick you into answering if you haven't paid your bill. Suuuuucks.

I get a couple calls week from this number 910-338-4278. Not sure if it's a bill colloector or telemarketer. I can't tell or help them if they don't leave a message.

I get calls from Verizon from both 857-233-0297 and now also from this one, 910-338-4278.  I have never been a Verizon customer and my number has never been a Verizon number.

When I answer these calls, a recorded message says, "This is Verizon wireless calling with an important message for Harry Templeton..." (this is not me or anyone I know) and I follow the prompts to tell them they have the wrong number.  When I get transferred to a CSR to update their records, they say that my number isn't in their system at all, so they "can't stop the calls".  This happens every time, even when I get on the line with a supervisor.  It's harassment (happens twice a day even though I've asked them to stop many times) and I reported to the BBB last week but haven't heard back about that.

I am wondering if my reporting to the BBB has something to do with me suddenly getting these calls from this new 910 number instead of the 857 number they've always come from in the past.

Is this a telemarketer?  If they wanted to speak to me they would leave a message.

Statistically an overwhelming amount of people do not answer calls listing phone numbers they do not recognize and with the number of calls I get a day I do not call back people who don?t leave a message.

I don?t like receiving calls at 6:45 am. I believe there are harassment laws preventing such calls.

Verizon must monitor this site for content.

1)    don?t ever call any number during the legal off hours, even agents acting on your behalf legally bind the company.
2)    If your agents call ? leave a message in a professional and polite manner.

People are not deadbeats. There are a lot of us who may be out of work or are unable to answer the phone because of our working situation.

I believe your top brass is listening to overpaid and ill placed advice in considering your collections process. Maybe you should rethink the way things are handled.

I just received a call from this number at 8:15 am.  When I did a reverse phone number search it states that it's out of NC.  They never leave a message.

omg they freakin call on my cell phone 5 in the morning... 7 in the morning.. 10 and just dont stop all day!! i just got this number and i am t-mobile customer i have nothing to do with verizon whatsoever!! they are so annoyinggg!!!!!

Calls from all different numbers from a few different states....all the same Verizon. They really think they have by the #$%^#

Keeps calling 3/4 times a day. Want it stopped.

and you can block this number.
Go to the Verizon website as if u were going to pay your bill....
There is a feature on there that allows you to block any phone number for a 3month period.
after the 3months is up....
u have to do it again.

Phone numbers:910-338-4278,404-549-5994,800-316-0351,800-597-0351, are calls I get all the time on just my cell. This has been going on for 8 months now,the first is the newest number is the newest one. Do yall do something about these problems or just post it.  We need answers or advise. Please give some input. never get any mail and they never call on my home phone. I have tried to try my provider by computer,but of course no luck.I am no computer wiz.   ADVISE?

Someone called me this morning from this number and they did not sound like they were making a professional call. The spoke to me like they were making a call to their friend. I informed them that they had the wrong number and they asked me who I was. I repeated that they had the wrong number and then they hung up. Interesting...........

Its verizon and they are very bad as how they treat there clients. I Have over 15 accounts set up with verizon between my blackberry phone, internet and two offices. Been with them for over 15 years. Had to get a new phone because the one they gave me had problems so they sent me a new one with a return box for the old one. Well I took longer to return it then they allow because I was having a hard time getting over 800 contacts switched over to my new phone. I called and told them this. They still sent me a bill for around $500 for not returning the old one and shut my phone off. So I was redirected so I could pay my bill when I try to make a call how nice of them. So I had to make some very important calls and send out a very very important email but could not. So I call them and say I have been with you guys for all these years I have lots of other accounts with verizon could they please  turn my service on and I will have them paid later that day by 5 and confirmation from fedex of the phone being sent. The girl told me all my other accounts have nothing to do with this one and they can not turn me on till they are paid $160. Thanks Verizon

I keep getting those calls to. To my cell and house, weird

I amm having the same problem. I am getting calls from this number on my home phone and cell phone. When you pick up it disconnects. I have reported this to the better business bureau.

This number is constantly calling my home and when you answer, it just hangs up on you.  So damn annoying, especially when it's calling at 7am on a Saturday morning!!!!  I forwarded my phone log to the attorney generals office.  Hopefully they can do something.
