Called me too numerous times. Just got a strange tone and voice. Really kinda creepy.

I was called from this number and also a 910-505-9083. Where are these calls coming from? What happens if you answer on time? Can someone answer this question?

I have received two calls from the telephone number 910-505-9095, rings once, then person hangs up. When trying to call the number back the call automatically disconnects or has a rapid busy signal.
