At approx. 8.15PM received a phone call asking if this was the (last name) residence. I replied yes and then was told by a very officious male that the call would be recorded.  I was then asked if this was the residence of a female (first name) and I replied no.

The caller ID simply said North Carolina Call, the caller gave no company information and hung up.

I have received numerous calls from this number.  They ask for someone different each time they call and will not identify themselves.  I have dictated the law regarding such calls but that doesn't seem to stop them.
