I just received a call which they left a message. He was trying to read a scrip and was having a hard time. He has an indian accent. One time they called and I answered the phone and told him he needs to go back from where he came from and learn to speak english. He got mad and started cussing. I then laughed in his face which really pissed him off.  I have had an attorney friend call them and they stopped for about 2 weeks. Now they have started back again.  I don't know what to do about this. They have called my work, but everyone that answers the phone knows what is going on.

Wow, am I glad I found this website! Today I received a call from a person who identified himself as Officer Johnson from The Deaprtment of Justice. He had my date of birth and the last 4 digits of my SS#. He told me there was a warrant out for my arrest for an outstanding loan payment, which, by the way, I do not owe. I was instructed to go to the local police department immediately and turn myself in. I told him that I thought it was bizarre that a Federal official would be involved in the collection of a $500 loan and also told him in no uncertain terminology where he could go. He then warned me that I will be arrested tomorrow at my workplace and to "make sure you stay safe". Hmmmmm....kinda sounds like an implied threat to me. So we have an implied threat, attempted intimidation and impersonating a Federal official. This CAN'T be legal. I don't know who these people are or how they got my info, but I have every intention of pursuing this from every possible angle.

This is the second time I have received a call from this company. Any time I ask them to send me some verification of what I owe, they just say they will be sending the cops to my address. I told them I will be waiting and no one ever shows up!! I always thought it was a scam, but I had to look it up. Glad to see this site and learn this really is a scam. I saw one lady was actually taken for her money. Thanks to all of you for posting this.

Glad I decided to check this number out, because I have had the same thing to happen to me. They told me that I needed to get a federal lawyer involved to solve this dispute immediately. I figured it was a scam, but was unsure!

i just got the same # on my home phone. they also call my job and left a messge that if i don.t call back in 30 mins that i will get arrested where i work..they keep on calling..all with indian accents, saying they  are my local police. and that i need to turn myself in....i dont understand..do they think people are dump.. i am going to report them for acting like they are law officers..the got me once..but not anymore..

my husband got a 911 call this morning regarding a warrant out for my arrest. He called me and told me this to call officer johnson I did not.  I then looked on the internet and found out it was a scam.  I wish people like this would go back to there country

i recieved a call from an unknown number today a foreign man told me he was with state police and had a complaint against me with the federal court and gave me this number to call 910-685-7393 and told me to give them the complaint number he had given me and they could tell me what it was about and if i didn't call and identify myself i would be arrested. i called the number and a foreign man answered he told me i had charges against me for an internet payday advance and i would be arrested and in big legal trouble, after i told him i didn't have any kind of advances and hung up he called my phone back when it went to voicemail he left a message saying he was michael brandon and i needed to call him back within 30 minutes, i called my local athorities they insured me this is a scam.. i hope this helps someone...

I just got the same call telling me that i would have a federal warrant and to call officer Benson at 910-685-7393,but he couldn't tell me what i was being charged with.  The only problem is that they have some how got my social.

got call from Emergancy 911 came up on phone was told there was a warrent out for me that I need to call this number 910-685-7393 and talk to officer Johnson which I did told me i owe 3000 on an out standing loan that i need to make payment of 575 that day  or a police offericer would show up with in 24 hrs to arrest me I do not remember things since my stroke and send I need to go to a cvs or wal-mart to make payment told them i couldn't do to just geetting out of hospital so they said they have one time exceptions for those kinds of sityations they can do and debt so menot being able to think fast enough i gave my debt card my daughter came about 30m ins later i told her she googled the number to find it is a scram we called bank but they had already got my money bank is helping to get money back and i reported it to police but they keep calling i do not answer any more  the money was withdrawn under the southwest name out of tx and when you call the number you get a message to leave your message and i will get back to you and it is not am american speaking person

We had the same thing happen- looking for a friend of ours... Scammers need to get a life- it is not ok to trick a person like that... They told us to call 910-685-7393..Said it was a federal

these peoplealled my work place..my job and told people i know they were the OSP oklahoma state patrol., then said i violated a federal code. and gave me a so called badge number i am so siuck of this they have called me on and off now for two years and ive reported them to the goverment. what good is it doing me.

"Police Officer James" called to connect with one of our representatives claiming that she needed to contact the federal courts about an outstanding warrant/federal complaint. He gave this tel# and listed a citation #. Scary to think that now they're impersonating police officers...

Calls me on my cell phone AND at my place of employment telling me that I have an outstanding debt of $2999 that I have to pay with a prepaid visa card that you can get at walmart check cashing centers.  Calls me up to 15 times in 10 minutes....put my job at serious risk due to the numerous calls; by the time I go to answer the call after I'm paged he has hung up.  2 minutes later he's calling again.  Was informed by my boss that if it doesn't stop I will lose my job.  Went to the police station today, when the police called the number they were very abrupt with them on the phone (as they are with me when they actually TALK to me), so I've been told to keep track of the number of times they call me and what is said over the next few days.  They told the man to quit calling me at work and on my phone.  They later called my phone six times later that day and had three more phone calls from a "private number".  I hope these b*****ds are eventually caught.

Had a co-worker call me tonite telling me this man called and said it was important they talk to me.  Told me to call 910-685-7393.  Called and was told that I had an outstanding balance from use of payday loan companies of almost $3000 and said if I didn't pay it by tomorrow they were going to come to my place of employment and arrest me.  I'm sorry...don't they have to serve you with papers???  I'm not believing this man

they called me with the same threats - i wish there was some way to scare them as badly as they try to scare others and to make them stop. I have reported these calls everywhere i know how but nothing seems to stop them.

I got a call from *911 today on my phone.  A man claiming to be Officer James Hunter informed me that a federal complaint had been filed against me.  He told me to call 910-685-7393 to the "Federal Claims Court".  Needless to say, I did not call the number.  I can recognize a scam when I hear one!  He even gave me a bogus badge number (6790) and said that he was in "Dispatch Unit 12".  He had an East Indian accent.  I watched an episode about something similar on the evening news. A lady actually ended her life due to the stress that one of these Bull Sh*% calls caused her.  I hope they catch whoever is doing this and throw them into prison for a long time.

some one by the name of james calling, states he is calling from the police department dispatch 22, then i where are you calling from again, then i said give me your number im going to call you back, he hung up the phone, but it fraud.

This guy is nothing but a scam . Please do not send this evil rotten scubag money.  This not how any law enforcement or government agency conducts investagations.

I keep getting phone calls from this number from a male with an Indian accent saying his name is Michael Brandon. He is saying he is from the FCC and a warrant is out for my arrest in Maryland State but I can settle for $1300 over the phone with my debit card.

Some called name Michael Bodin from 1911 stating to contact the Federal Claims Court at 9106857393 and that I am being investigated because of a dispute against my SS#. I do not have a pending dispute and if so, I would have known about it in writing or from an legitimate source. Sounds like a scam. I wish they would stop calling. Thanks

I got a call on my cell from 911 and some fool named Officer Benson with an Indian accent from the NC STATE POLICE dispatch center claiming there is a warrant for my arrest and I needed to call Officer Johnson @ 910-685-7393. Of course I didn't call the number but I called 311 and let them know. I also registered my number on WWW.DONOTCALL.GOV. It is sad that these people don't have anything else to do but call and harass people.

I called at work and given the number 9106857393 to contact an officer in reference to a federal warrant foe my arrest......Im sure it is some sort of scam to scare people into giving up some money......
