I got a call twice from this number today.. First time I let it go to the machine and they left no message..

Second time, about 4 hours later, I answered it on speaker but didn't say anything.. They didn't either and eventually hung up.

We get multiple calls from this number. Line is quiet. Calling the number gives a message that this is not a valid number.

This number calls my house numerous times during the day and evening.  No one answers, I have an 88 years old mother and this is bothering her as well as myself.

So this # calls relentlessly , I am on national no call list, have privacy director, anonymous call blocking, and an answering machine. They do not leave a message,  privacy director notes their # and name, but if you call back, not a working #. Anonymous call blocking won't work because their # comes up. Talked to AT&T today, did put a call trace on it. Have to wait 24 hours and call annoyance call center. Was solicited to purchase an additional service for 7.95 per month to block these calls. Did find out that they are coming from a probable call center, so that is why when I call back it says non working #. My challenge to whomever is on the other end of these calls, and the organizations they are calling for is this: If you get paid by the call and it doesn't matter if someone answers or not, if you are they business or non profit paying for this , you are getting ripped off. IF you actually ask for a donation, you might get one, and if the recipient of this call, doesn't want to make AT&T richer, and instead decides to pay you the extortion $, you would come out ahead, and if you only pay  the phone solicitor for production, you can save $.

I have written here at least twice about this number. They call my house at least once a day, usually in the 6:00-8:00PM range, and whenever I can, I answer it. After they ask for my husband, I ask who is calling. It is always a charity of some sort (different one every time). I always tell them to take our phone number off of their calling list. Most of the time they hang up on me, but occasionally some one will say that they will take us off of their list (they never do) and apologize for bothering us. I know that they are trying to get a credit card number from us and I absolutely hate them. I don't know how to get rid of them. We are on the No-Call list.....

Hi, kt, folks. This is happening to me as well.  I get at least one call a day. I may be getting more, I don't know because it has been going on for long I do my best to ignore it. Like the rest of you, if I answer the phone, there's dead silence on the other end. I don't have a problem hanging up and getting my dial tone back. I did once leave it connected and off the hook for a long time, maybe 45 minutes, to see if that got a reaction. It didn't and the call did not disconnect. I agree with the people who think it's a screwed up machine-generated call. No one has ever been on the other end, and so many people are getting it, it doesn't make sense otherwise (sales/marketing, stalkers, lol). I'm so busy I haven't had the time to see what I could do about it and I'm leaving on vacation soon but I'll try to go the route of filing the complaint with the phone company.

This number calls me ten times a day at the least, from 7am until 10pm. Everytime I answer they hang up, when I call back, it says the number is a disconnected number. I am about to file a harrasment suit against this number

Have received multiple calls every day for more than a month now... My entire family knows not to pick up, as our mantra is "If it's truly important, they'll leave a message."  We are going to purchase some air horns and blast them every time going forward!  :-)

I also receive several calls each day from this number.  Their is never anyone on the other end of the call.  I pick up each time in hopes of speaking with someone to take me off the fricking call list!!

They call me several times a day and hangup. It won't ring when I call them back.

I get calls 3-5 times a day from the NC 910-687-5075.  When I call back it sounds like it is a fax machine. How do I get a hold of these people/company to stop the calls??

Yep I have received calls from this number for about three months every couple of days, with the same issues as all of you.

I have the same issue with this number. My suspicion is that this is an automatic computer dialer with a glitch. There is probably not a real person dialing on the other end.

If some one would just provide me with a name and address of this nut that calls my home and when answered says nothing and when left unanswered there is no message. I live in Ohio and I have tried to call back and the call goes no where. This person need to be caught and a complaint needs to be filed. If you privide a name I will see to it that the persons who invade our privacy are charged.

This is weird, I dialed this number and it does not ring, no disconnect sound, nothing just blank. I sure wish they would quit calling my house, because it is annoying getting 4-5 hang up call a day! What did happen to the "Do Not Call List" I signed up for, both national and local????hummmmmmmmmmm

I get calls from the number daily, sometimes multiple times a day. They never leave a message. If I try to call the number, it's not a valid number that goes through.

I just got a call from them (after days of multiple calls I finally answered). It is the CHP dept for abused kids requesting donations as the above post states. I do not know if this is a valid charity.

these people call non-stop.  who are they and what the HE!! do they want?  STOP CALLING YOU FREAKIN WEIRDOS

They call at least 5 times a day.

They call at least 8 times a day....I don't even answer. Doesn't help that I have health issues. I have to turn off the ringer of my phone just to get some rest. I get calls from unknown numbers all day!!

I wish they would say something so I could curse the bs's out. If I ever find out who they are, "IT"S ON".

The above site is the place to begin filing a complaint. I keep getting "charity" calls from North Carolina numbers that say they are raising money for crippled children and veterans.You must write down the day and time.  Document the call and write down any time you have asked them not to call.  I disguised my voice as a lady once and low and behold they picked up the phone, and I gave them an earful.  It obviously did not good.  When my family answers they always pick up.  Unfortunately, I did not document the date and time and who I spoke to and the organization. The numbers are outbound only, so you cannot call back.  

Document and start filing complaints.

Same type of calls I get that just say Tennessee. Checked with Verizon and the TN calls were coming from a cell number in HOUSTON, TX. I'm quite sure these NC calls come from that outfit! I've reported them to the FTC (forget the FCC UNLESS they actually leave a message) and the Ohio AG, both are launching investigations into this company. I have received calls from them on a SUNDAY which it totally against the law! Hours are M-F from 8am until 9pm ONLY. NO WEEKENDS!!!!

STOP CALLING AND HANGING UP. I AM GOING TO CALL THE POLICE FOR HARRASMENT.

Get roughly 10 calls a day from this outfit.
