I received a call a week ago and hard to understand because of bad accent. I hung up on him and he called back and left a threatening voicemail. Another call this morning with another voicemail this man called at my job and I told him I was contacting the police he then repeatedly called back
Have no clue what he wants but he says I will be arrested and sued and I will lose my job.I AM GOING TO THE POLICE.

This person who keeps calling, named Alex, and also with the other phone number 763-634-3308 which has a person Micheal Reed, or Alias Mike Johnson, or whatever other name they want to use.  It is all a scam.  Law firm  Richardson and Assoc.  Morris and Assoc.  Morrison and Assoc.  Watkins and Assoc. It is a big joke.  Everytime you advise them they are scammers, they use profanity or hang up.  Jokes on them because it is all over the internet they illegal scammers.  Don't waste your time and energy on them.

This company keeps calling me and threatening me about being arrested for a pay day loan which I know nothing about but I called the NY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL and was told " payday loans are not legal in NY and that these people are just stealing money from us suckers"  so I closed my account and they are getting nothing from me!

What's being done? Who do you call to get something done?

Just dealt with the same thing.  First off he was hard to understand so when I kept pressing for more information he got angry and told me he was going to have  a warrant out for my arrest and hung up on me.  So I immediately called back and same guy answers with a different name and tells me I am harassing him, calls me a b*tch and hangs up on me.

Just had a call and decided to check out this number.  Then my office phone rang from the same number!!!  Unsolicited scammers.

These guys are scam artists.  Don't talk to them.  They acted as if they are from a lawfirm. The initial guy with an indian-accent asked if I knew about a lawsuit against me.  I said "no" and he supposedly transferred me to another guy with an indian accent who asked for my attorneys information.  Fortunately I had already looked up this site and realized it was a scam (not to mention I know that I'm definitely not in trouble with the law or any collectors office) and told him that I was not going to fall for his scam and would report him to the authorities.  He got angry and said that he never asked me for money so it wasn't a scam.  He then threatened that a sheriff would arrest me at 3:00 that day.  As you can guess, I didn't get arrested, although I wish those guys did.

They keep calling me and yelling.  I even got a lawyer and they wouldn't speak to the lawyer.  They wouldn't send me notice of my debt and wouldn't let me speak directly to lawyer.  

Threaten me with Fed"l charges and going to arrest me and go to jail.

They are very persistent.

They called me saying the same thing, wouldn't tell me anything about it. I dont know how they got my number . Threatened me , stating the authorities would be knocking  on my door to arrest me.  What can we do? They are COWARDS!  They need to be stopped. I say KILL those A***OLES. (sorry)

This number calls me and says they are a law firm and if I don't call back immediately I will be arrested. They speak indian and have the wrong namethe guy says he is adam

I called 910-730-0739 back they left me a very nasty voice mail. When I called back he called me a bunch of names, and told me he was going to call my employer and have me thrown in jail. I told him give me 10 minutes so I could call my husband whom is in the FBI, so he is standing next to me when I get picked up from my place of work and get thrown in jail. He hung up on me I called back several times wanting information and they keep hanging up on me. I'm calling the District Attorneys office next.

they called me stating if i do not call bk they will send my info to my districk court so i can be put in jail. Is this a scam?

Same thing happened to me, I pressed him for details the first time he called and he "transferred" me to himself speaking in a lower voice. When I pressed the "new guy" he ended up hanging up after he threatened to put me in jail within 3 hours. Then I called them right back and said "someone just called me from this number and threatened to put me in jail and I want to know what it's about" and he transferred me to himself again speaking in a "southern" accent. When I pressed this "new guy" he hung up on me too. I called them right back again they just answered "hello?" I said "if this number ever calls me again I will call the cops" and he hung up right away.

I got the same phone call from the same dude from New York too.

same issue just changing numbers and name of law firm had my name but wrong social security number.

I have received calls from this guy saying they are a law firm looking for another person with a similar name. They use a different name each time they call (Mike Johnson). Seems like a call center scam as the caller has an Indian accent and broken English. Rockingham NC comes up on caller ID. They also called a week ago from another 910 number. Same people. I recognize the voice and broken english.
They need to be stopped.

Representing themselves as a law firm.  This is the SAME guy that was calling from a New York number, and a Palmdale, CA number.  I'm about to purchase an airhorn and start blasting it into the phone because these people are relentless and call my cell and my work work between 30-40 times per day!

I just received a threatening phone call from this number identifying as Richardson & Associates law firm, threatening me that I'm under a lawsuit, I did not how they have my phone number and they did not really explain me why what this is all about and how they obtained my number.

They said their a law firm....and trying to get money from me
