Just received a call from this number. I heard people in the background, but they hung up on me.

Received a call 4/21, 8:00pm.  Caller said he was calling for the Wilmington Firemen Association.  Solicitation wanting me to buy concert tickets but NOT go to the concert.  When I said, "No," suddenly I was offered a 'Fixed Income' deal of $29.00, one ticket.  I was told proceeds would pay for school demonstrations, presentations, and to purchase fire detectors for poor kids.  Caller used the word, "Damn."

They spoofed all  our  numbers,you  can  pay  for  a  service  that  will  send caller ID any number you like,

Same as everyone, except I googled wilmington firefighters assn and called the number. I was told that they'd been talking to phone company for 3 days about this.  This doesn't excuse the person hanging up on me.  I was assured this would be reviewed as all calls are recorded.  

Got a call today claiming Wilmington Firemen Association. Not sure that's who they are though.

Got a call for me this number 7821409 and call it back and it's not in service.....

I got the same call it is a local number for me, I called it back and the number is no longer in service. I checked it out on reverse phone lookip and the call is coming from the midwest, when you answer they say they are collecting for firefighters. prob highjacked a local area code so I
would answer!

They have called multiple times, when I call back, it's a busy signal.

Same as everyone else.  Call it back and it's no longer in service.  Explain that to your partner!

My mother got three if these calls this afternoon and evening!  She is 83 for Pete's sake and worries that something is wrong with a family member!

Probably being spoofed for a start! Call your phone company and file a complaint about it, they should be able to block it!

This phone number should be turned off. It regularly calls at various hours, rings maximum two times and hangs up. At this time of sophisticated technology is there any ways to stop these idiots? Or should we ask NSA to do it?

just got a call from this number...didn't answer...they are getting creative....I still don't answer unknown callers. So who knows who it was.

Received call.  Answered they hung up on me.     Called back.   It was a bad number

Also received calls from this number. Just answered a call and they hung up. Tried calling them right back and was unable to get through, "unable to complete your call" response.

Missed a call from this number, called back within 1 min of the missed call and got the "this number has been disconnected no longer in service" recording. WTF? How could it not be in service if it just called me?
