If you see their number, DO not listen to the message.  Nothing will change until you make a choice to change the situation.  Choices:  Block their incoming number on your cell, add their cell to silent ring, if/when you see their number in your e-mail DELETE the message without listening to it.  Finally, I would write to your Attorney General about the harassment.  Another thing I would do is get to the local Judge Magistrate and report these IDIOTS.  STAY SAFE!

I have also been harrassed since April by these people... At one point it got so bad because they were calling me day and night non-stop, I had to contact the authorities bcuz they threatened they were going to "come pick me up and take me to jail". I thought "you aren't coming near me you scammers" so I went right into the police, frantic, and begging them to be able to do something about this. Since they are calling using outside the USA tracphones and computer lines, there is nothing they can do about it. However, they continue to trick people into giving them thousands of dollars. There was one heart felt story I read where they scammed an older couple out of like $2,000.00 bcuz they believed them. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO/MONEY! that's what they want. They r a discrace to not only the people they are scamming, but the country where they are from! They make that entire country look bad. I looked this number up and it says it's a tracphone from India, they make all of India look bad when they do these things, and I don't think it's right!

need to quit calling

I have gotten calls form these same numbers continually for a long time.  I never talk to them due to the fact they can't say my name correctly and if there truly was a lawsuit against me I would receive certified paperwork from an attorney.   If I continue to get calls I am going to go to my local PD as well as the Attorny General.  I suggest you do the same.  Good Luck!

I have had to deal with these people for over 2 years...i need help..i need to know what to do...the numbers they call me from is 910-805-7139 and 347-753-8196  i have even paid these people over 1000 dollars last year because they had me so scared...im want to file a harrassment claim against these people...they always say they are officers...and they will have a warrant out for my arrest if i dont pay them for some checks i got a loan on..which i never have...they got me once not again.

Scam. Foreign man claiming I defrauded a payday loan & I'm in big trouble. Don't give these people any info; this is a scam. I've never gotten a payday loan. How can we report these scammers to the authorities?

This guy called my cell phone 4 times in the span of 2 minutes.I have outside numbers blocked on my phone, so the call just goes straight to voicemail. he then left a voicemail on my phone. I could barely make out what he was saying but he said was from the "Criminal Investigation Department" and that there has been a lawsuit filed against  my name and SSN and to call back as soon as possible or else I would "face some legal consequences". Few minutes later my mother called me saying that there were messages on her house phone from this guy saying the same thing. She said he had a thick accent and couldn't understand what he was saying. She thought I was in trouble with one of my student loans and I told her not to worry it's just a scam.

Last night I had a similar call from 347-321-9064. It's like they change numbers everyday.

same scam artist as before. Indians or something they speak very poor english.  Tired of this wish they would stop calling.  Never had a debt that was outstanding.

This is what I did - I called them back and said oh my goodness call me so we can work something out.

When they called back - I said - okay so I did research on your number and company and this is a scam right?  (even though we all know it is) - and he said to google the law firm - I said I did - not only did I google them I actualy called them and asked to speak to you and the person there did not sound anything like you.  Before I could say anything else - he said we will see you at the courthouse - good bye.

I wish he did show up at the courthouse!!!

I also been getting calls from these people calling from American Legal Processing Division first call from them was June 1 from an Andrew Johnson who was hard to understand.  Re: a defaulted loan from USA Cash Advance who I had called 3 weeks before and told me they have no records for me and that this people are just a scam.  I got another call today this time from Rodney Wilson who's suppose to be the supervisor.  Told them to send me all the documention in regards to this loan to my e-mail and I'm still waiting for it.  Other number releated to them 206-317-3402.

foriegn man threatening me with legal action on my voicemail. said it was about a financial institution and fraud went thru this a while back with them trying to scam money from me. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
