I got this call at work & I believe it's related to another phone scam I have been getting. The 1st 2(calls were about  a week apart) calls came from a man named Daniel Scott from 2 different numbers, stating he had a lawsuit filed under my name from some loan company with 3 different charges & that if didnt settle out of court by paying 780.00, there would be charges pressed againist me & I would be arrested (at first I was panicing, but a girl I work with informed me this was a scam). I reported the 1st call to local police because the caller seemed to have ALL of my personal info. The cop said it was a giant scam going on & to not pay them a dime or give them the time of day. The 2nd call came in today, when the guy started giving me the WHOLE speech over again... I politely told him the date of birth and social he had for me was wrong & he then appolagized & hung up. Later, a lady called & the caller id said 911. I answered & she proceeded to give me the same speech & told me it was HIGHLY important I settle out of court or it could affect my job & if I didnt, she would be contacting the local sheriff's department & have me arrested at my "place of employement" tomorrow. I informed her the local sheriff's department already knew about this because I had already filed a complaint about them, also that it would be hard to arrest someone at work on their day off, and then told her ever so politely to have a nice day before hanging up. Please no body fall for this. They are just fishing for your information & looking to get your money, & trust me... once they get your info, the process to protect it is a MAJOR headache

It's a caller ID faker! Trying to get something from you. Info, address, name etc...

i got this call at like 2am and its was from number 1-000-911-0000  i havent made and outgoing call all night except to check my balance as it is a pre paid cell phone..?

I got that call and I answered without looking at the number and it said that they were from blue something and they knew my first and last night somehow. It was weird, so I hung up, but it was by blue cross

Hi the same thing happen to me. They told me that I owed 1,000.00. If I didn't pay I was going to jail for fraud and they told me where I worked at or use to work at. I was told if I didn't come up with the money I was going to jail for 3months. The number shows up as 911. The name is Unknown. They said the name of the company was nationwide investagation.

Sure because the first three numbers of the "phone number" are 911 so as soon as you dial that you will be automatically sent to your local 911. By the way 911 is not a valid area code or exchange in other words it can't be used as those in a "regular" phone number.

Please no one respond to this call. It seems that spoofers and scammers are getting more creative all the time. Don't let the 911 in the number intimidate you into giving out any information!

Said he was a private investigator from Florida looking for someone. I hung up called back
And got local 911.

Got one from 000-911-0000. Called in a bomb threat. Apparently a Skype number. Jerks...

Just noticed on my cell phone bill this number and it says Mex Local MX in the From and the To columns.  I called my provider (KOODO) and they just asked if I or anyone else was in Mexico lately because that is where the call is from.  I wish I could vacation to Mexico and all but this was definitely not me calling from or to Mexico!  The time length was only 1 minute so the charges were only $1.19 but I was just very curious about why it would say I was calling from Mexico.  Weird...

This is a debt collector trying to locate you or someone close to you.  If they tell you who they are please report it here so we all can file compliants

I got the same call it rang and the caller said hello somebody just called 911 from your phone. I was like ???? um no my phone is sitting right next to me and I havent touched it. she was like well can you give me the name and the address to the person this number belongs to. I was like ummm ok ? gave them my name and address and she was like ok I will put that on my log that you dont have an emergency.

Left me a message stating that she was from '911 emergency services' and someone from my number called 911 and that they needed me to call back to find out if they need to send a car out. I knew that noone from my number had called 911 and the fact that the lady stated she was from '911 emergency services' rather than stating the police dept's actual name, confirmed that it was a scam. What kind of scam and who these people are, I have no idea??
