YES, http://www.artechinfo.com is a LARGE Info Technology recruiting company Based in INDIA, with a number of call centers here in the USA... I have had BAD and GOOD interactions with Artech...
The BAD annoying part:
Artech must be using OLDER phone switches because you can hear the Hoards of people in the background talking in their 'Boiler' rooms before the Actual Recruiter comes on the phone Line.... It is truly Annoying as He!! ... ALSO, with Offshore recruiters, many of them that have called me have VERY heavy accents, that can be impossible to understand... YES it is annoying, NO they are not a Scam..
BOTTOM Line: If you are NOT an Info Technology engineer etc. you should NOT be receiving these calls

Ya, it's supposed from that recruiting firm. They called twice in a row and the 2nd time a number of (973)-967-3569 followed, it was the same folks.

got 3 calls in a row. Did some research and its coming from http://www.artechinfo.com a so called IT firm fake recruiting. Requesting more information from you or have you send in your resume. i think they get your info and sell it to spammers. in any case i was scammed in sending them my resume with thinking i would get a high paying job out of it. boy was i wrong. 911-204-033333 is a scam flag and report this number! wasting your cell phone minutes

This morning received 3 calls from this number 911-204-033333 and no mistake 033333 is what shows up on caller id. This really pisses me off calling no message and wasting my cell minutes up. This number is a fake number and might be a VOIP system. Looked up through google and the number has been flagged as a telemarketing system.

I received a call from 911-204-033333 I answered and it was a IT consulting recruiter that normally calls from a 973 prefix. I do not know if they have a VOIP system or why it showed up as the 911 prefix.

I received the same call today, I didn't realize there were 911 area codes and numbers this long. Must be computer generated. They left no message.

I also got a call from this number too many digits. Called cell phone co. can't do anything this is very annoying

Someone just called my friend's cell phone and the number appears as 911-204-033333 - too many digits to be a legitimate phone number, not to mention the area code does not exist. No one left a message.
