Okay everyone here especially the Canadians please call the Competition Bureau Industry of Canada. These people will go out of their way and put a lot of money in taking down scamming pieces of s**** like these people. The more complaints the better they told me.

Im so upset how universal fun pass scam money out of me when i only earn £557 a month & got away with it. I to got a phone call universal fun pass and as stupid enough i was taken into there sweet talk & payed them £538 GB . to this day i have tryed to call them and get my money back. I used to work there and it was the biggest mistake of my life. The people there are so inconsiderate there. They make you stand at this little cubicle until you get a deal. And I once had to stand six hours without a break! And if you want a break its only five minutes long. The trick to get them to stop calling you is to say that you don't have a credit card. That will automatically take you off the list. I used to take people off on purpose because they would say that my call would be like the tenth one that day. My heart goes out to everyone that has been contacted by these scam artists. They treated the coustomers as well as the employees like crap. And they have the nerve to play gospel music! These people are out of their minds. I'm so glad I quit.

i once worked there ,all u have to say is i am calling the better business beaurue on u and they will np your number,or tell them u dont have a credit card and they will nq your number they will not call u again if u dont have a credit card that kills the scam right there.nq makes you non qualify. i quit cause i felt bad about calling people harassing them all day,i dont want anybody doing it to me ,and i am not going to do it to anyone else my heart goes out to the people in canada because they are all from canada that they call no where else i dont know why just canada i hate to think canadian are easy to get scammed.canadians dont be so weak to them spread the word.no credit card,    or tell them BBB.

I BOUGHT INTO THIS SCAM TOO BUT TODAY AFTER SEVERAL HOURS READING HOW DUMB I WAS  making several phone calls. (5 star universal phones are not answered nor are e-mails returned) Today I made another call to my cc company with satisfactory results. Persistance will win.

I, too received a call on Sept 28 @10:32am but the number was blocked. The information they sent by e-mail also gave -1- 800-441-6791 & 1-800-519-2211. Their web site was www.fivestatuniversal.com. Immediately following the call I realized I should not have given my cc information so I called them to cancel,however they played the recorded phone  information where they had said so quickly that it was non-refundable & I had missed that. They refused to cancell  & were extreamly rude. I called the cc company but was told it was company(cc) policy not to cancel anything that was non refundable and to deal with 5star universal myself. I called them back & they refused to listen & just played the phone conversation again. Needless to say I was extreamly upset with both my cc company & fivestaruniversal. After reading all the fraud stories about florida vacations I decided to call my credit card company agains today Oct.14 to explain the situation. I  now have a new card on the way & they were most helpful in cancelling my card as the charges had not been applied. somewhere I saw something about 30 days so if this happens to you act immediately.

So I was at work and had my cellphone beside me and saw "Private Caller" so I decided to answer it. It was "Ashley" at 2939 and she wanted to congratulate me for winning a trip to Universal Studios in Orlando, FL. and thought I should be just as "excited" as she is. First she knew my birthdate, marital status, and had a good standing relationship with Visa. I'm a Sales Rep, so I know phony people when I hear it. So I let her go on and on about the trip, to be quite honest, she was talking so fast that I just let her talk because she obviously was trying to trap me. So I asked her "Ok, if I am interested what money do you want? Nothing is for free" She paused and then asked me if my Visa started with a 4 - I said yes, and then I asked to send me something in writing, she then started to laugh saying "When you book a trip on the phone or make a reservation, you always have to give a CC number, right?" I agreed and then she asked for my CC number again... and as I was just about to make it sound like I was going to give it to her...
I hung up. She tried calling back where the number was unblocked 912-342-7253 and I let it go straight to my vm.
We hear about Nigerian scams all the the time, we are in a recession, people and scammers are desperate for a quarter, don't give them your information.

I want these calls to stop too. They call on my cell at all hours of the day! They are constantly harrassing me. After they ask my partner's name, I just hang up on them. I am Canadian and live in Ontario, so they still are harrassing us too. What the hell can I do to make them stop, they are costing me a fortune on my cell and are impacting my daily life. I hate their idiotic accents and fake joy too...

They have been calling me persistently for the past few days.  I only answered the call once and I hung up after she asked me to confirm my birthdate.  I didn't give them any credit card information.  Do they actually have your credit card information on hand, or do they get it when they ask you to confirm it?  And HOW can I make these calls stop?!

I tried calling many times after paying for this trip.  I was going to take it and wanted my brochures etc but received nothing, no phone returns or information. I tried the 800 number and the 912 area code number.

I picked up on all the scams from these internet sites. I purchased in Sept 2008 and was planning to go this Feb 2009.  I felt that it was the only way I could afford a trip for myself because I am on low income and my sister whose husband died and left her in mega debt.  I felt this trip would be healing for both of us.  So much for that idea.
