They keep calling my phone back to back and I want them to stop

I dont know these people are, i havent been in Georgia since 2010, i have a new number and this number called me 5 times within 10 minutes...

I am really angry with this type of calls...I am unpublished and unlisted, yet these nuisance calls still come through..there ought to be a law.. I am crippled and have difficulty getting to the phone...
