This is a company called Portfolio Recovery, they have been sued several times over harassment, to many calls, calling to late or to early.  If they don't quit calling me I will be the next to sue them

Received  a call from 912-604-1415 on my cell...no message left...scam...scam...scam

I keep getting calls from this number and a 714 number all times of the day.  Same thing, they hang up when u answer and they don't leave a message   What is this???

I have no clue who this is, every time i go to answer i get hung up on
