I don't use Tru Green. I have never use them. So not sure why they are calling me.

Called my cell phone twice at about 4:00 A.M. this morning. 11/27/2013

This number is not true green. I finally got down to the bottom of it and found out from TruGreen corporate office that there is no office for TruGreen in Kansas City and they do not enlist this particular number to call people. They also said that the local office that you normally contract would be the ones that would call you to collect the bills that were overdue. I have been called several times by this number even though I had got my service done just 3 weeks prior. I didn't even have a bill due yet. Tell these people to stop calling and contact corporate office with this number if you continue to get calls. They could be taking peoples money and not actually paying your bill. Get Smart. Just ask the right questions.

This is Tru Green. I signed up to have them do my yard. it took them 3 weeks to come out the first time. The guy didnt even knock on the door to talk to me like they promised they would do the first time.  According to the receipt he stuffed in my door, he was at my home a total of 4 minutes. He didnt even bother to go to the backyard. If he wouldve knocked, i wouldve showed him the way (it wasnt locked). I called them the very next day to complain, and they said they would have someone come out within a week. 3 weeks went by and nobisy came, so i called again, and they stated it wasnt put it the system. I was told someone would be out in 2 days. Nobody ever came. I called at 8 pm to ask if someone was coming, and they told me no, the guy had gotten sick. they scheduled me for 4 days later, and told me my next month would be free. Again, nobody showed up. I called at 8pm again and was told the guy had vehicle issues. i asked them why they didnt call to tell me, they said that wasnt their standard practice. i cancelled right then and told them I would not be paying the bill of $87 for 4 minutes of time, 3 cancelled appointments and service that was never completed. They said ok, but still send bills and harrasing phone calls. i will report them to the BBB.

Got called by this number twice while in Afghanistan, of all places.  Creepy.

I paid for one year of lawn service from Tru Green in February of 2012, but they have billed me for the last four treatments.  It took five phone calls to get the first two charges reversed.  They did the same thing on the next two charges and are now calling me.  I will not sign up for another year.

They switched software systems for their billing department and everyone that prepaid was billed by mistake. I have fixed this in the past and they still call trying to collect. They called today they told me I had a zero balance. So my question to them is why are you calling me for a zero balance. They could not give me a reason. I canceled today and will try a smaller local company. No doubt will get better service and the billing will be correct.

P.S. The person was very rude on the phone. Even after I explained to them that I have been called numerous times about this issue and it was their problem. They then asked what they could do to keep me as a customer and where still very rude. If this is what their phone people are like, even when it is their problem. I can understand the other comments about the quality of their phone skills.

Did a lousy job first Tim due to malfunctioning equipment. Very rude on phone. Asked for manager call back but never got one. Burnt my lawn second time. Held payment to wait for manager call. Called to collect but wouldn't let me talk to manager.

Never even done business with them, so I don't owe them anything.  But they are RELENTLESS and call from many, many different numbers.

I had the same call.  Many times.  When I answer...I was put automatically on hold.   Then after several minutes...it just hung-up.

I called the # back.  Talked to two different people to find out the calls were trying to collect a bill that wasn't even due.  

So I continued and cancelled my business with TruGreen.

No more wondering if they even did any work in my yard.  No more pesky phone calls.   No more irresponsibilty.

They keep calling me because of an overdue bill.  I've spoek with them 3 times now stating I will pay them this friday when I get paid.  I wish they would document their conversations and notes.  I will be cancelling them after I pay this balance because they are expensive and havent seen the results they promised 2 years ago.  They also torched my lawn last summer, but in their defense, they did come back and put in new sod.

They called me reminding me they would be treating my lawn. They did try to up-sell a more expensive service but It wasn't a billing call in my case... FYI.

They can burn out your lawn and they don't care, listen are respond by the time they look at your lawn three weeks later they can't be sure it they did anything wrong. Tr-geen has gotten to big use a local
business to do business with. These guys have become annoying to do business with.

They can leave a message if they want to? No law says they can't leave a message!
They are just to chicken s*** to do it!

It is TruGreen Lawn Care Services. They aren't allowed to leave messages as it reguards your bill that you owe them.
