Talk to the same guy as many of you, also there is a lady that calls from US medical department.  When I try to call back, the message says the magic jack customer mailbox is full. When did businesses start using magic jack phones?

Yes they call me too and his name is John with a heavy accent and I asked many times take me off of their caking last and they yell "yeah ok" and slam the phone down on me until I start hanging up on them.  I'm so annoyed. ....

I keep receiving phone calls from (786) 270-1200 claiming they are caking from US MEDICAL DEPARTMENT which does not exist.I have Multiple Sclerosis and Pseudo Tumor Cerebri and I had over 15 surgeries so I'm really not able to get stressed out and that's exactly what these people are doing to me.   I received around  9 Phone calls from these people and each time I ask them nicely to please stop calling my number or I'm going to report then to my attorney, so they hang up and are very rude each time.  So this morning I went along with it asked for their number in case we get disconnected he gave it to me I then told him that I called this number back the other day and it was a totally different company!!! The lady I spoke with told me they keep getting casks from thousands of people in regards to bladder mesh surgeries etc. And that they are trying to get to the bottom of this And they apologize. So please don't answer your phone if you see This phone number pop up On your Caller ID's. So Annoying!!!!!!

I got the same phone call same accent he said his name was jack and he was from SW OBGYN ASSOCIATES. And was questioning me about my bladder sling surgery! The number on the caller I'd was 713-981-2344. Calls me every week same guy. SW OBGYN associates is an actual OBGYN office with a different phone number in the same area code. I am reporting to the attorney generals office.

I used to be a telemarketer and charity fundraiser. Best thing you can do is to ask them to take you off the list. If it's charity inform them that you never plan to donate and to take you off their call list.

This Indian man called me saying he is from the medical group.  He knew about a surgery that I had over a year ago and said that I would be compensated (a term he used over and over.  I was so confused and asked if he was even calling from this country and how he got my information. He told me he was calling from Texas.   He asked if I had complications and I said no.  He then proceeded to tell me that there are complications involved and he does not want to convince me of anything but then asked if I had complications again and again after giving me some complications attached with this surgery.   I hung up.  He attempted again and we just let it ring.

Calls every day. i don't answer. i don't know this number. surely a scam.

THIS PERSON CALLS ME AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK!  I've asked him to stop calling me and he still calls.  he's asking me if i had an surgeries over the past 6 months (hip surgery or MESH bladder sling) - and he says he got my name from "a few medical facilities" - when I asked him to name ONE medical facility he got my name from, he hung up.

I keep getting this call too, I've asked repeatedly to be removed from the list to no avail.

I know. I called it back to and says there is no number.  Will make it impossible to get these calls stopped.

Stupid idiot !!!! Sounds of Indian decent and from a call center. I tell him EVERYDAY!! to stop calling and today he said No I cant do that.  this is serious. I can't do that. I said YES you WILL do that. No I cannot stop calling I will call you tomorrow. OMG how can they be stopped?

Caller said his name was John or Joe, heavy Indian accent, said he's with Medical Department.  About the 20th call I've gotten like this.  I asked what medical department?  He aid US Medical Department.  I said there is no US Medical Department,  he went back to the script.  I asked why they keep calling me and bs'ing people with this crap?  He stammered as I hung up.

Calls all the time.  I answered and told them to stop and they said "no listen to me" I old them I would report them and thy said they can be reported.

Same thing is happening to me.  Lots of calls from the same man, sounds like.  All I could understand was that he was calling from a medical group, asking if I had surgery in the last two weeks.  From the first call, I had, it was within two weeks of surgery, and the surgeon was Indian, (Kaiser Hospital in Fresno, CA)  I told him to send the information to me, as I could not understand him.  He wanted my address, which was the red flag for me.  The calls stopped for a while, and have started up again.  Now he is saying something about a blood clot, I may have.  Since all my results were ok, I find this very disturbing.  I wonder how it starts, and how to end it.

he said that I also had that surgery which is not true....I have had no surgeries recent or in the past.  He did however know my name!  That is freaky!

This number called me two day in a roll. Idk who these people are but they shouldnt be messing with others like this especially if its not an important call or unknown caller. Its a waste of time & very unnecessary.

Wakes me up every morning between 7:00 and 7:30 . I do not answer the phone.

I did the same as Melanie stored under scam n blocked my calls r the same as everyone's only same guy from like seven nums n three different businesses he's been a lawyer ,and a government agent trying to give free grant money only u have to send him money first I never answer just block all calls

keeps calling my wifes cell phone over and over but when you try and call back number doesn't even excist

My daughter gets these calls all the time. She's taken to telling them she has a Mac and it doesn't run Windows.  She likes to keep them on the phone as long as possible, lol.

Got a call from this number last week.  The man with the foreign accent said he was with the US Medical Department (a week earlier is was the US Healthcare Department) and I stopped him right there, saying "There IS not US Medical Department".  He began to read the script again, and I said "Excuse me, there IS NO US MEDICAL DEPARTMENT, STOP CALLING ME".  He hung  up.  Originated out of Kansas per the number.

repeats what i was saying? he said from medical group?

Received a phone call from this number 913-265-4862 KY on Monday, 8/26/13. All my numbers are on the DNC list, however this is a scam, no message left.
