Unrecognized number.Curiously I answered.No response after I stated speak up so I uttered no habla englas then hungup. Ain't nobody got no time for that nonsense!

They call all hours.  I picked up the first call and no one would respond.  I refuse to call them back as it could be a scam.  They started calling with a toll free number now this number.

I am sick of these numbers calling me and not saying anything they call late at night

I just got this call and it stated to call them back for a bill and that they were trying to collect but did not give a number to call and disconnected. I'm wondering since it was my first one if they just confirmed a valid number and will now continue to call it. How do you stop them from calling?

This numbers are all from CBE GROUP i keep blocking them from my phone, they stop for few days then they call with different #  my caller id shows different locations: Kansas, Iowa but they all appear as CBE group.

Same here..I do not owe anyone money. They keep calling and I have blocked number and some how they still get through to me...so I will try this too. Thanks!

This number keeps calling my cell phone, but when I answer there is never anyone on the line.

They call and don't leave a msg.  When I call back I get a recording.  I do not want them calling me!!

They called me at 8:37 pm tonite and that was the third time today

I just got the same type of call and the woman said that I better pay the bill or I will be going to jail. That I have to pay with a credit card since that is the only form of payment that they accept.

This number rings on my cell phone every morning around 8:30; a few times throughout the day; and a few times in the evening.  If I do pick up, no one is there and I here it click off.  Must be prank or scam...anyone else would want to sell, collect, or give their info.  

Ever thought that maybe the person that jad that number fell upon hard times? Beware, you may experience it yourself soon!

When they called me they wanted my whole SSN and also wouldn't tell me who the name of the company until I told them my SSN so told them to send me a letter with the matter of the businesses and then I would get back to them the women told me to have a nice holiday and hung up on me

This was CBE group calling for a deadbeat who had my number before me.
I called them back to get them to take my number off their internal list.  I
spoke with a woman who was very cooperative, but we'll see if this works.
The problem is that every time this other person has their debt history looked
into, this old number shows up.  She doesn't have it anymore, so I end up
getting her calls.  VERY annoying.  I'm actually mad at my phone company
for giving me the number once used by this deadbeat.  There's no way for
me to "divorce" my current number from her debt history.  Phhhhhhhttttttt.

This number called me claiming to be a law firm calling me to sue me for some overdraft debt i dont even owe. They called me again at a different number as well. what a moth******er.

I've been receiving calls from telemarketers & apparently collections.... when I don't recognize the numbers, I do not answer! If its a # thats not a "800" series, then I *67 it to call back & see who's calling me. I never call any of the 800 #'s back, as they can always see whos calling even if u try to hid your #.
I've received many calls thus far from the same # (913-279-0837) as well as sev other #'s from this CBE group. There is also a CDE group doing collections, they never left a msg.
I do not owe anyone $$, shouldn't be in collections so they either are scam artists or they have my info mixed up w/someone else! I do tell ppl I'm on the do not call list, so do not call again & make sure its noted. I love the whistle blowing in their ear idea, plan on doing that one!

They call at all hours of the day and evening. For two years!! I never new the person they are looking for and told them. But they keep calling!!

I use Do Not Disturb from Verizon on my cell and its blocked 11 calls from this number since July 26th.  I'm really surprised their auto-dialer hasn't given up by now.  They must have it programmed to make a boatload of calls before doing so.  If they're legit debt collectors, they would have mailed something to me.  It'll be interesting if they do, considering I haven't owed anyone anything for 40 years.

This number calls me day and night. as late as 8:45-9 pm. they never leave a message, but are relentless in the phone calls. all day- every day. If it wasnt a scam, and they really are collections, you'd think to get their money or payment arrangements or whatever, they'd call from 9 to 5 and leave VM. Its probably a *&*^% looking to get over on us.

Caller ID and message both say "CBE Group."  Message on machine is two recordings - one with "This call is from CBE Group.  Please return call at" and then another machine feeds the number.

CBE group appears to be a collection agency, but as I haven't run debt of any kind for 30 years they may be running a scam of some sort, unknowingly or otherwise.

They called and left no message. According to the other posts, the calls are from the CBE Group - a collection agency.  My phone allows call rejecting - and I now added their number to the list!  Great feature!

They always call my phone but I never answer

It is a bill collector. If they are calling you on your cell get a call blocker app. I have one and it works beautifully.

Receive a call from this number every day at least once.  Never answer since checked out as bogus from other web postings

CB Group? I did not answer the call but did call back the # and that is what the recording said. They call me EVERYDAY - I don't have a clue who they are.
