I received a phone call from this number today.  They left a message.  It is Elanco Pet Health Products.  Elanco makes flea and heartworm medications for dogs (Trifexis, Comfortis).  They were offering a rebate for purchasing their products.  I had filed a rebate form electronically and had to call them the other day to obtain some information.  They were already closed, so I had to leave a messaage.  The call today was them returning my call.  

Yes, my called ID said UNAVAILBLE, but it is from Elanco, concerning a rebate for Trifexis pet medication.  The guy was following up on my 2nd call to them asking them why I never received my rebate, which I mailed to them on Aug. 16th!  I called in early Nov., and was told the check would be mailed by Nov. 30th.  Called again on Dec. 11th, and was told that it had never been processed!  His message today said that it will be processed on Dec. 27th.  I find it very interesting that all of you others are also getting "the run around" about your rebates from this company.  There has been a LOT on the news recently about pet deaths after the first dose of Trifexis.  You'd think they'd jump through hoops to keep customers....

I chose not to answer a call from this number, but fortunately the person did leave a message.  I had submitted a rebate and received a letter saying they could not process it because I hadn't included the required items.  I called them a little over a week ago because I really HAD submitted everything required.  The call was to confirm they would be processing the rebate.  The call was legit for me.

This came in on caller ID has UNAVAILABLE. I have recently been bombarded with unknown and harassing phone calls, so I didn't answer. The caller started to leave a message on my answering machine and I could hear it was indeed someone calling me back in response to a request for information I had requested on some rebate requests I had submitted. My guess is that the company does fulfillment work for rebates for different companies. In my case, the call was legit.

Repeated calls from Harte Hanks Inc. Have no connection to this person or company. Why am I on the do not call list when persons such as this can get my number so easily?

CALLS AT LEAST TWO TIMES A DAY. MY CALLER ID INDICATES CALL COMINGFROM "UNKNOWN" AND "HOME." THE UNKNOWN  NEVER, NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE. I LOOKED UP 913 AREA CODE AND IT APPEARS TO BE LOCATED IN KANSAS CITY AND SOME OTHER SURROUNDING CITIES.  I DON'T KNOW ANYONE IN KANSAS EXCEPT DOROTHY AND TOTO.....
