I got a call tonight from my step-mother whom I haven't seen in 7 years.  She had received a call from Gene Thomas looking for me.  I have never lived with my father or step-mother, and I've been living on my own for almost 6 years.  It's odd that he would know my father's number when I can't even remember it.  Something doesn't sound right.  I called the number back and no one answered.  I think this is a bunch of crap.  No one in their right mind would call my father's house looking for me.

I have been dealing with this a hole "Mr. Perkins" who is harrassing and won't take no for an answer.  He has said everything to me except the exact words "you are a loser".  He said I was going back to jail because the debt is about a bail bond.  I am disabled and I told him I cannot work and have been paying small payments of 25 every month and this month I needed to skip one and he said no and said he was going to take it out of my bank anyway.  He told me to go knock on doors and rake leaves after I told him I need neck fusion surgery and I am doing good just to bathe and take care of my kids during the day.  He said oh, yeah, use your kids as a crutch now.  A year ago he said I was going to jail and I explained to him that I would not and I know my laws and he said that Oh I must be a professional at screwing people.  I was in the middle of changing a diaper and needed to update my bank account info for him and said I would call back and he refused to let me hang up and said he would wait because I don't pay my bills.  This is the tip of the iceburg for real.  This dude is real screwed up and ignorant and gets me very upset.

Same as above, his name is Gene Thomas and he keeps asking for Amy Fleming?  I got this cell phone # from sprint back in December and when i told him, his response was "I don't care, tell Amy to call me".  I called the FCC and they are going to look into it.  I also had Sprint call him to let him know there is no Amy Fleming at this #, he said he doesn't beleive them either.  Make sure to get the name of his company and file a BBB complaint.

I have spoke to Mr. Gene Thomas at this number before.  He asked me where I worked.  When I questioned him, he began to scream at me and tell me that he was noting that I was being uncooperative.  I spoke with his supervisor.  His supervisor was going to check with the creditor and call me back.  No call back.  Now Mr. Gene Thomas just called and began screaming at my 15 year old daughter calling her a liar when she said I wasn't home.  I'm not home.

I just got a call from this number saying that I had a bill turned over to them and that they are a collection agency. They never identified who they were looking for or which agency turned over my account. As far as I know I all my bills are paid and I have nothing to turn over to collections. I called the number and got no answer. They told me to reference an ID number of sorts. Its kinda fishy!!!!

Got a note on my door from a neighbor. That she got a call from "Gene Thomas" and that he would like a call from me. Funny, I've never met that neighbor. And info listed for my home and phone are not in my name. What A bunch of bunk

Mr. "Gene Thomas" at this number called my house, looking for my STBX son-in-law. I suspect the caller is a collection agency or a lawyer, given my son-in-law's financial and legal problems. I will for sure call back and give Mr. Thomas my son-in-law's private cell phone number!
