Calls every few days to my cell phone. Doesn't leave a msg if I don't answer and hangs up on me if I do answer. I had an appt at Direct Buy a few weeks ago and missed it. I had signed up on-line for the tour.

Getting hang up calls muliple time daily. Read this web site and called Direct Buy. I spoke with the direct buy call center manager and she promised to remove me from the list. She said a dialer must be messing up and aploigized.

Okay, here's how you make it stop. Call DirectBuy out of Lenexa, Kansas. The number is (913)661-2500. Ask them to be removed from their call list. The calls will stop, as I have verified that this is one of their assigned business numbers. Hope this helps....

I also just signed up online to learn more information about Direct Buy and used my cell phone. I see someone caught the name Direct Buy on their caller ID, so I would assume this is who is calling but not leaving a VM every few minutes.

It is DirectBuy. I signed up for a tour of their facilities and they are calling apparently to confirm my appt. Not sure why they don't leave a message. Called back numerous times and finally got through to someone.

Called three times within a 45 minute span. Did not leave a message the first two times and then hung up on me when I answered the third time. Then when I tried to call the number back, I received a busy signal.
