Am on the Do Not Call List and still get these annoying calls constantly. 913-384-2471 is one of the callers.

Called Feb 17, 2014, listed as Radio Survey at 6:45 pm.  I never answer the phone and have turned off my answering machine forever.  I live in the Portland, Oregon area.

Good point. (I just blocked VIP Research, or Radio Survey, or whoever they are.) We pay for telephone service; it should be a useful tool, not a vehicle for harassment and scams and endless fund raisers. If somebody knocks on my door, I can look to see who it is before deciding whether or not to answer. I don't have that luxury with the phone, even with Caller ID. I tried to make these points to AT&T -- they refuse to implement Simultaneous Ringing, which means I can't use NoMoRobo -- and they were only interested in selling me additional services. If you move your line to VOIP, which I will probably do, you can avail yourself of NoMoRobo. Meanwhile, calls and letters to your Senators and Representatives may or may not help, but they can't hurt.

Do Not Call list does not apply to "survey" robodialing, so every low-down scammer pretends to be doing a "survey".  Digitone Call Blocker works wonders, doesn't give a rats patootie if the call is from a survey, telemarketer, politician, charity, or religious wacko.  Just push a button twice to block the irritating number, and they will never make your phone ring again.

Constant annoying calls that are allowed to continue year after year. Disgusting.

I keep getting these annoying calls from "Radio Survey" at this number (to my home phone).  Sooooo, I've started keeping a WHISTLE right next to my phone, and when I see one of these calls coming in (or any other unwanted number), I answer the phone with a very LOUD, long, shrill whistle blow right into the receiver, and then hang up immediately after!  Time will tell if this does the trick or not.  I'm not holding my breath, though.  :/

Try answering, but say anything and start hitting the # sign real fast and hang up. It screws up their computers!! Actually worked for me a few times.

You all may be interested in a company called "Call 'Em All" -- that's the company that sells the automated dialing equipment to the robocallers. Go to their website & see how proudly they brag about helping to bother more people with machine calls than anybody else in "the business" as they say!

Mike Heydman drove his car off a road in a mysterious crash. So his dad outlived him after all. Valerie Heydman took over at one point. No idea who is bombarding unsuspecting, innocent people at home with badgering personal calls now, though...

It shows radio survey on the caller id. They never leave a message. They call often.

This "radio survey" number calls my residence frequently. I have answered a few calls from them to let the caller know I DO NOT listen to the radio. They continue to call; usually in the evening when dinner is being prepared.

These azzholes keep calling me. I called the nuimber back and got some guy that told me that some company is using his phone number to call people all over California.

I am so tired of making all these reports and no one does a dam thing about it. I am going to keep tract of all these numbers and begin to harrass them at all hours. Im retired and have nothing better to do.l F*** em

I am on the do not call list, which is B***s***, they do nothing, even when you follow through and report it. Just a freeking pacifier!
