Received a message on our company answering machine from Kevin Downey (ph#913-402-6010).  He said something about 12x12 and 16x16 microfiber cloths coming in on a truck as he speaks and he wanted to know if we were interested in purchasing them.  In lots of 1000 or 10,000.  WTH?  Dude, I'm at the corporate financial office of our company, you are SO barking up the wrong tree!  I do not intend to call him back and if I speak with him I plan to inquire about his company before giving any info about ours!  I hate these telemarker calls, they are a waste of my, and my company's, time!

Illegal Telemarketing Call to my PREPAID CELL PHONE.  Will Send Demand Letter requesting them to pay for my airtime.  They owe me $3 and I intend to collect.

Definitely a fishing expedition. The caller was polite but deftly sidestepped my questions about the nature of the call- are you a current customer, vendor, etc.

Also just went to their webiste and oh boy, do you not want to give them any info!

Got a call from this # and he had left a message & said his name was Kevin Downey. Did not address me by name or company name in the message & said he looked forward to talking with me. I called them back using my call blocking # so they wouldn't know who I am. A girl named Vicky answered saying "Kevin Downey's Office". I asked what was the name of the company and she said it was called the Four Eyes Group. She wanted to know the name of my company. I told her what it was & she said oh yeah that Kevin wanted to talk to me biut was on the phone. I asked what their company did & she said it was a B2B (business to business) lead generating compnay & that they would like me to try out their service for a few days for free if I was interested in getting new customers. I told her that I wasn't interested. I asked her if she was in Kansas City and she said that she is in Leesberg Kansas. A very nice person (as most people are in the midwest), but nevertheless a sales call. She told me to check them out on the web & said that she worked for "Kevin Downey's Office", which must mean that he is independent for this company.
