it's another collection agency using caller id spoofing

Some guy called me and decided to threaten me with adding things to credit report without the true authority to do so.  I told him to do his worst because, without proof, I can simply fight it off my credit report.  He was shocked because I wouldn't bow down to his demands.  I guess it just takes a little moxie to get things done.
