this number calls all the time at my house. when i pick up and press "1" to talk to a human i ask one question and they always hang up on me. and now i have a florida # calling for the the same thing and when i ask them a question they hang up on me too. im sick of it.

LOL!!!! I just decided to google my own name and this forum was first on the list.  What's scarry is that I grew up in Kansas!  So much for maintaining my online reputation.

I also visited this so-called "office" and had a slightly different experience. Just like most of the other people, I too wanted to get to the bottom of this harrassment.  I approached the booth housing the elevator and time clock only to find that someone spray painted some strange symbols on the elevator door... resembling some sort of foreign code.  Then I noticed the ID scanner.  Just for kicks, I pulled out my Blockbuster video card and swiped it through the slot.  The booth shook, made a few grinding noises reminiscent of a broken garbage disposal, and the door popped open.  I curiously entered the elevator which had only 2 options: top and bottom. So of course the natural choice was to push the bottom key.  The door rumbled close and the elevator car began its descent down the shaft.  What seemed like hours only took minutes...a feeling of deja vu set in as I remembered  the movie "Spies Like Us" with Cevy Chase and Dan Akroyd.  Instead of pleasant, calming elevator music, there was some sort of foreign language being broadcast to me in the car; totally unrecognizeable.  After about what seemed like 15 mins, the elevator came to a gentle hault at what I assumed must be the bottom.  The door grumbled open and the mysterious voice came to a pause. I stepped out of the car and wasn't prepared for what I saw.  At first I thought maybe someone earlier had slipped me some LSD in my drink or sandwich, because what I saw at first, simply didn't make sense.  There was a hallway decorated with framed portraits of various asian men dressed up like women and some disturbing pictures of beasteality.  As I perused the hallway, I eventually came to a large room occupied by at least 70-80 asian transvestites talking on phones.  The room was loud and bustling... the asians seemed to be taking direction from a large bunny rabbit-like character.. hollering out commands and what seemed to be sexual inuendos.  Without being noticed, I peered in closer to investigate.  This entire super-secret operation is actually an underground, asian-transvestite telemarketing platform.  All of these calls from Tim Culver must originate from this spot.  So the next time you get a harrassing call from Tim, just know this...an asian-tranny telemarketer 5 miles below the earth's surface wants to lower your interest rates!

lt could be alot of things. Just don't answer it. I saw it on my line and I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Got a call from this number, but i did not answer it, and I am on the Do Not Call list....I'm wondering if this list was a waste of our time.

I think this is the one who calls and a woman says she can lower my credit card rates.  Told them this week that I pay my credit cards off every month.  She hung up.

Ariel is out of california     but of course no one answers phone
i call anyway and leave messages and also contacted FCC and made complaint
with them about Ariel communications    
It seems Tim and Alice are not going to give up     so please dont ethier !

should do it, go to www.fcc.gov and file a telemarketing complaint.

They do not Identify the company name, their recording indicates falsly
that it's an urgent emergency message regarding your credit card, etc.

I am a former op's manager for a telephone company.. this will work it
may take several months and complaints for the wheels of justice to work, however they violating federal law...

call...the FCC to File a complaint...

888-CALL-FCC..... they will fill out the complaint form for you....

FCC fines are in the hunreds of thousands of dollars....

Got a call from this number 913-529-2919, but my caller ID said Telephone Manag".  No message and no Tim Culver.

This jack### has been calling all summer.  He never says anything and then   just hangs up.  We've also reported him but haven't heard anything yet.  Our operator said that you can call 1-888-382-1222 to be put on the national no calls list.  That should stop telemarketers from calling.

I have received this call on my phone on 8/8/07. Not sure the origin. But, an Alice Beatty is the person on the caller ID. Hope this helps anyone that needs it.

Looks like there has been a name change. I've got Tim Culver in the past also...but this time..this number was Caller ID "Alice Beatty"

I found it wierd, because that 913 is in Kansas City, where I just returned from 2 days ago...hum???

I received a call tonight @ 8:15pm from this number and it started to ring then said to wait for an operator?  I immediately hung up with all the scams that around and everything.

I've been getting calls from Tim Culver for weeks. I have pressed 2 to stop the calls and no one ever answers.  On 08-06-07 I got a call from the same number but the caller I.D. was Alice Beaty and the person on the recording was Heather with the same message about lowering rates on credit calls.  I live in New Mexico and am inundate with these calls despite being on the do not call list.

Same as July 3rd's Sick of Tim invading my life-
only this time on caller ID appeared name of Alice Beatty
