These guys are crooks. They are trying to get your merchant ID info for credit card merchants. Just ask for the corporate address. No-one will give a name.

Their ANI (Caller ID) info has been falsified, but for now, at least, they are at 718 749 0052.

had the attorney general's consumer protection office in my state just call the 718-749-0052 number and someone answered. At first, the caller didn't identify the purpose of the call, but eventually did. More importantly, the man who answered in Bklyn admitted that they've been making the calls, but then claimed "victim".

this is the same group that is calling and mailing with an extended auto insurance scam. the man in brooklyn claimed his partner in Florida started this calling thing and claimed now he's a victim because he's got a huge phone bill. he's the one who offered the information about the auto "insurance" or warranty. the atty general's office in my state is also investigating the auto scam so having this linked was very useful. they will be pursuing it.

instead of posting comments here, everyone reading these postings should contact their state's attorney general's office/consumer advocate or protection office to forward the information and make a complaint. get your elected officials to do something for you and contact these scammers.

After be plagued by calls from First Allied Funding, I finally am off their list.  Be polite, and talk to them, as though you wanted to use their services.  I would suggest using a bogus name and email as I did.  When they asked me about my business accepting credit cards, I told them the truth, I've had 1 request in 8 years of business.  They were surprised, and reaffirmed that I do not accept credit cards.  A business that does not accept credit cards is of no interest to them.  I've not heard from them now in nearly 2 months!

Keeps calling my cellphone, is costing me time and money. Will not take me off their list. Complaint to FCC does nothing.

I didn't answer when I didn't recognize the number on the Caller ID. It said, "Oklahoma call." Who do I know in Oklahoma? Nobody!

continues to call with loan offers- I talked with Todd Abecrombie today- same voice but different name yesterday.  I have asked SEVERAL times to remove my companies name from call list.  They just hang up
