this lovely # is an independent research center, great- I hope they don't call back, and if they do, i'll report them , on the do not call list

Just get the call again and it's ony been 30 minutes since they called.

I got a call from this number last night about 7:30'ish.  I have caller ID, and screen my calls.  Since I didn't recognize the number, I waited for the machine to come on.  When it did, a lady was she gave her name and asked for me.  Then she said hello? hello?  The hung up.

Annoying calls at night

Goofy crap.  I am so sick of these people calling me at all hours of the day and night.   Non- profits are allowed to call along with data collection.  The only ones that are not allowed to call are telemarketers that use pre recorded messages.

western wats saying it was doing a survey for united healthcare and claiming i had called united healthcare.  that was bull.  i said "not interested" and hung up.

Same experience as those above.  I screen all calls and never answer unless I recognize the caller. My phone provider (Bresnan) has an option to block individual numbers which I will now use for this number.  I do wonder how these people circumvent the Do Not Call list....

Annoying phone call...

This is Western Watts doing a survey about banking stuff.  I politely turned them down that I wasn't interested in doing one of their surveys.

Just received a call from 913-535-2062. As usual, when I do not recognize the nuber or calling party, I wait for a voice message. No message left, so, I Google the number and usually end up on whocallsme.com.

I also Googled the name on the caller id (Western Wats). It's a survey company. I intend to answer the next time and ask not to be bothered again or I will report them (also on DNC List).

Getting several calls from Western Wats with no one other end.  Seems illegal since I'm on the DNC list.

started getting the calls last night - home phone. I don't answer unless I know the called, if they don't leave a message I DON'T call back.  30 mintues later another call.  I'm on the do not call list, how many times do they have to call before they can be reported?

they continue to call, over and over and will never leave a message. I am on the do not call list....

received this number on caller ID today, and yesterday,  No message was left.  Caller ID identifies as "Western Wats".  I wonder if this has anything to do with working for the Census 2010???

Just started getting these phone calls today; called twice in just an hour's time, but no one was on the other end.  Called ID says "KANSAS".  I hope the calls don't continue!

I don't answer calls if I don't know them. They can leave a message and I'll return it.  Then I know them.. But this number calls multiple times in a day with no message.  it's my cell phone!!!!

Western Wats is the caller ID

I just got a call from "Western Watts" from this number - I didn't pickup - because I'm on the computer now, I immediately Googled the number while the phone was still ringing and it led me to this Who Calls Me website so I knew to not bother picking it up.  Thanks!!

I get calls daily from this number it will either say Western Wats or Kansas.  The calls always come right after a phone call from Nielsen Ratings.  I never answer due to I have answered in the past and told them I was not interested...I guess "Not Interested" is not in their vocabulary.

Have called my home several times in the last couple of weeks.  I have caller ID and do not answer from area codes I do not know someone in.

Repeated calls every day from this number.  We don't answer because no message is every left.  Extremely irritating.  Wish there was a way to stop it.

I have been called twice today each within an hour of eachother and they left no message. Its insanely frustrating.

I recently had some work done on my car by the dealership and this was just a call for a voluntary survey that I authourized at the dealership. I didn't realize who is was at first and never pick up the phone if I don't recognize the number. They called every day Mon-Fri and sometimes twice a day. But, as soon as I answered the call and took the survey, the calls stopped.

Twice a day, always after dinner, and even up to eleven oclock on december 26th, after christmmas day, and unstopped ringing. Phone terrorists, I wish We could actually have power over them, but I choose just to rely on caller I./D. and not answer the phone.
I hate the phone anyway ! How rude a tool !

Never leaves a message

Called me 5 times so far.  Everytime is a hang up with no message.

Called @ 2:38 pm Dec 6, I did not answer & no message was left.

On Thursday, October 23, 2008 @ 9:19PM (Pacific time) I answered a call on my mobile telephone.  Upon answering, and after a slight "connection delay" the caller stated his name as "Jason" calling from "First Media" and began to recite from a "script" about a survey that he/they were conducting.  I interrupted him and told him that I was not interested in being involved in any survey.  He politely apologized and the call was ended amicably.  After the call ended I realized that he had called at 9:19PM which I believe is obviously a rather late hour to be conducting random surveys ...
