They called me and i dont have an express card either...

This number called my phone 4 times yesterday. i did not pick up any times b/c i did not know who it was and no message was left.

better change cell phone number.......crazy calls from numerous scam calls. include this number.

I called the number back the 913 563 5506 and it's something to do with Express and Eddie Bauer

Yeah guys - it's a call from Express - it is their financial banking group - it probably means people need to pay their Express credit card bills - they are just looking for payment so fyi to all... it's not spam - just a bill collector!

I got a call from that number today (didn't answer).  I don't have any credit cards or other debt, so this can't be legit.

913-563-5506 calls my phone 5times a day.
And no one speaks over the phone, It just hangs up in 30sec.
Crazy.
They do NOT deserve to live.

I started getting calls from this number also. Usually ignore them because when I've answered in the past, I get a message telling me to hold on for an important message (collectors). They always call back if I answer and hang up.  Had the experience of speaking to someone who was quite tawdry.  I save them as a contact with the  name "solicitor" and set their ring as "mute."  Since I can't seem to stop them from calling, I don't have to hear the ring.  Not a solution but it works for me.

I have received numerous calls from them. They called using various numbers without leaving a message. I could not figure out what company was calling me until I googled this number, got the name, and then checked my bills.  They were harassing me for a $10 past due amount forwarded to my present bill with DRESS BARN that is not due yet - go figure.

I'm playing a hunch but some years ago I had a nut calling and hanging up-harassing me. I called the police and was able to press charges for "annoying phone calls". I don't know if that was just a local law but worth looking into. Anyone interested in persueing a possible loophole -holla back.

Yes this is Express.  They call from many different numbers and with different area codes.

World Financial Bank.  I am tired of them calling from different numbers.  I think I will simply just shut off my phone so the calls will stop.  Them harassing from different numbers is not going to make money magically appear for me to pay them.  I have no job and no money coming in and am on the brink of being homeless.  I will not choose them over paying my rent.

Calling up to five times a day, alternating number (i'm assuming) because I never get calls from unknown numbers.

They call me every hour too and I'm real sick and tired of it.  Leave my cell phone alone.

OMG ... these people are so cocky, nasty & very unprofessional.  
They call my work phone # every day, serveral times a day and I honestly have NOTHING to do with any of the companies they represent.  I have repeatedly asked them to remove my # from their call list and they get really nasty with me.  Isn't this harrassment and how are they allowed to get away with this?  I am now keeping records of the calls, times and days ... if this continues I will be taking legal action.

I do believe this is from world fiancial, I have unpaid balance but I always send them payment larger than the minimum and ON TIME.

not only from this area. I will keep monitor until I collect all the scam number.  The area code are different all the time but 1 source ( world financial). So annoying!!!be cautious w/ area code 614, too..They will stop and use other numbers!.. better change phone number..

This number calls my house and my cell every damn hour. It's World Financial Network National Bank in regards to any dept stores that use this company for their credit cards. For me it's Express Clothing store credit. They call when you're late on a payment, and unfortunately I was unable to pay last month. HOWEVER I freaking told them that payment was mailed two days ago and yet they still call me every hour.

Twice this morning (9/10) I've gotten a call from this random number in Kansas. When I answer there's no one there
